we are working on making a new version without the glare! That's what happens when you try out a new filming setup setup in the field rather than beforehand :P
Sort out the glare on the monitor, it's difficult to impossible to see. Who doesn't like banjo music? I enjoy it, but I wanted to hear the 'true' Threshold. Looking forward to when you learn how to set and adjust all the parameters for Goldfield. I would like see you demonstrate the correct precedence of initialing parameters, making adjustments to the parameters and the reasoning behind your chosen setting, for your environment and for other types of soils. Then give a demonstration on the soil, making adjustments to keep the detector in tune.
I swear, this machine is as sensitive as a Twitter lifestyler. I nibbled the tiniest little piece of a .177 cal air pellet I found at the location I'm at, just to test it. What would probably be less than $2 in gold, 0.015g - 0.025g, the machine screams on that signal in a scoop on 18 sensitivity.
it is mighty impressive! When i got the chance to try one in the goldfields before they were released, i dug up more than 10 birdshot in the first 30mins, and not on the surface- the deepest was about 4"! For a vlf machine is ran very quiet and the 2d id map made it easy to ignore hotrocks and ground response. I did find a very slow sweep speed was paramount - not a machine to cover giant amounts of ground with in a day, but going slow the targets were jumping out so clearly.
@@MinersDenAustralia That is super encouraging to hear. Can you imagine, just how much better it's going to be with the 8"x5.5" coil? I'm super excited!
Beautiful explanation, thanks mates!
Great explainations guys....except the flaming screen was in the sun and we couldn't see crap...
Unbelievable....
would have been nice to see the screen to much glare
