Damnit I miss Nergals vocals of this era. I know chemo fucked up his vocal chords, but damn he was amazing then. Not that he isnt good now. He just had so much more aggression before chemo
I do miss his old style, too. So commanding. I actually read in a few magazine interviews that Nergal purposely went to his current style because it was more natural to his voice. These vocals, according to him, were an attempt to sound like someone else. Morbid Angel Steve Tucker-esque.
These were the best Behemoth. I think what would have happened if Adam did not have cancer... By the way i still love them and their music. They are very good musicians with not much hate as in those years. But they were younger too and people grown old... And change. I think now Adam believe Jesus exsists. I saw him making the cross sign before going on stage. Many call him poser...i don't think he is a poser. I just think youth is gone. He's over 40 now so he doesn't have the same thoughts of when he was 20. I love them. I love everything they do. I'd like so much to be at a Behemoth concert...but i cannot go. This is my pain. I'm thinking of when they will be tired of doing tours and play music....what a big pain for me it will be!... I love so much them...
