American teaches Dutchman what real football is!

That was a real american football practice session coached by yours truly the most Russian American for our dutch friend who didn't know one thing about this sport as of this morning.
I tried to show all the basic principles and exercises , things turned out brutal and fun. As they should be.
In fact there are like forty teams in Russia so you should try to join one if you're curious!
