The washer between the basket and the inner hub usually makes putting the clutch back on as a unit almost impossible as it will move or fall when the whole clutch is slide off the shaft.
hey I was wondering if trying to start a bike with the exhaust plug in would do any damage bike backfired then took about 1-2 minutes to start afterwards and smoked for like 1 min then cleared up? thanks
@@SethMacgillivary Pre ignition is when the combustion happens before the spark plug fires, usually from too much heat or a hot spot in the combustion chamber. Detonation is when the combustion fires off from the spark plug but then the burn is on controlled and or the pressure causes another combustion off in the corner of the chamber and they collide. Both can sound the same and do about the same damage

2013 seems to be all different part numbers FYI. The parts you have mostly started in 2015.
Thats probably correct. They changed the starter clutch and stuff but I think the puller is the same.
Out of curiosity, if you can remove the entire clutch fully assembled, why can’t you put it back on fully assembled?

It shouldn't hurt anything. I have done it a few times when I have forgotten and its been ok. Hopefully yours is.

What's the torque on the freewheel gear
The bolt that holds the flywheel on is 44 foot pounds.
Will detonation start on the top of the piston or the side above ring
I usually find it starts its damage on the top of the piston near the edge.

Why no assembly lube?
I honestly don't know. I will peek around it tomorrow and see if it has a hour meter on it
