This tutorial is perfect, concise, and well presented, thank you! I like that you showed how the simple version and the divided version flow. One thing I've tried is sewing in thick straps of fabric to the ends so I can tie it around a sore limb, works great!
Bridget Jo, thank you so very much for this tutorial. It is exactly what I was needing to diy 2 last minute Christmas gifts I forgot about. Oops! Really appreciate how this tutorial was filmed so that I could actually see what you were doing and is paired with a perfect voiceover explaining each step of the process. You kept it uncomplicated and simple, to the point and created perfection. Also really appreciated how you showed and modeled the different options you have created and explained the pros and cons of each. I am extremely impressed with this video and extremely excited to have stumbled upon it somehow. Became a subscriber and looking forward to seeing more videos on the channel. Thank you! ❤ from Shannon in Canada 🇨🇦 From my family to yours, Merry Christmas and a joyous New Year.
The time you use will depend on how many flax seeds you use and your microwave. You might want to start with one minute and go from there to find what you like best. I usually do three minutes but it is quite hot and I use material between my skin and the bag until it cools a bit.
