Claire must really love Vinny to have gone through all this trouble of travelling with ALL of this across states and having to finish it in a kitchen that isn't hers lol. Watching it I'm overwhelmed.
They probably paid her. Everyone has money for a cake in their budget and Claire probably was able to do it for cheaper than your average cake place since she has less overhead costs.
I kind of love the chaos that Harris brings every time he's around, the finger in frame, the late info, the requests for bacon and cookie dough, just such a perfect foil for Claire's perfectly organized sweetness.

Many RUclips videos can teach you how to make Italian Meringue Buttercream, but only Claire can capture the time, care and dedication it takes to make a Wedding cake. As a non-professional baker I made one once for a very good friend and it's an experience I will never forget. For a week I was in a state of being hyper-organized, comletely Zen, panicking, full of love and joy, super-focused all at the same time. Beautiful video!

I love Claire so much! I was born and raised in Indonesia, and during pandemic i was struggling so much as a college student in her final year trying to graduate and find a job. I found comfort in watching her in BA account and i still follow her until now. I got her book and just so in love with it! She’s such a personality and the reason for my passion for baking. In 2022 i move to Austin, TX for school and just the fact that she was here where i am was so wild and just like a dream come true. I know its too dramatic but it’s crazy where i was then and where i am now. Love you claire!

I made the tiramisu cake a while back and its honestly my favorite cake. My husband isnt usually a fan of cake either but it became his favorite. Claire is so amazing at what she does.

Harris, I think I understand what you were saying when you mentioned some of the cake in the freezer at home in NY were still soft and yet hard as a rock once in TX so I was not at all surprised when Claire found out the icing and everything else now needed to be thawed out and reworked. That's a REALLY impressive box if it's so cold it can freeze semi-liquid food items in transit!
