Any sizeable fish in that river? They all seem to be the 9-10 inch bait hustlers. Pretty place.
There are some decent ones mixed in. I've caught a couple 16-18 from various sections of the poudre upstream from town. I agree that there are a lot in the 9-13 range.
is this accessible this weekend May 28th where exactly are you located on the river, is there parking... we are visiting from out of state.
Shouldn't be any restrictions anymore I don't think. This is near stove prairie. There is lots of designated parking as well as turnouts all up the canyon. The fishing has been tough on the Poudre this year after the fires the last few years.
