A heavy metalcore song with lil uzi vert... Okay now I have seen everything and I'm here for it!!!!!
You should check out gizmo being on a slam track
if you never saw the Nardwar vs Lil Uzi Vert stuff, go watch
Same here
Have seen a man eat his own head? No? Then you haven’t seen everything!
@@markarmstrong5234 I love Team America 😂😂
Sometimes it really feels like Oli just grabs pieces of paper out of a bowl with genres on it and makes whatever it is. Love how varied every song has been since these singles have been coming out.
Olisarus / Oli has a deathwish
They always played with other genres
Just don't listen to Purple Curto....
@Cyberutopian I like Ronnie, but how FIR releases music infuriates me lol. I don’t like the one single a year thing, I don’t even need a full album just an ep would be nice.
@Cyberutopian that would melt the internet 🤘
ZACH. IS THAT YOU FROM JASPER???
FUCKING HAMELTOE
You know, BMTH doing pop punk and alt rock isn't all that bad (like, really, I like the new direction). Makes the moments they drop a genuine metal banger even bigger.

Variety is the spice of life

Makes you appreciate it more.
Real
Bring Me The Horizon is always one step ahead of us.
Oh you thought we're doing emo revival? Fuck you, here's the heaviest track we made since suicide season.
Quite literally pissing on their fans.
Soo true. I love how no matter how “mainstream/radio” they get, they don’t forget their metal roots and Ollie keeps his scream going. I know it was partly to preserve his voice, but one of the reasons I don’t care for A7X anymore is because Shadows stopping screaming after Waking The Fallen. Sigh. This song kills
@@qcgooner486 not really true he brought his screams back on nightmare and that was his voice prime but after this he quit screaming sadly..
@@qcgooner486 A7X. What they were and what they are now, it's sad. I'm not even hyped to listen to the new album from a few days ago
And I heard this debut yesterday live and it literally melted my face. Imagine the pure happiness.
Man, I am jealous
Budapest gang, rise up!
It was fcking awesome :D First few seconds I was confused cause I didnt knew the song, but then I remembered they posted 2 hours before the concert that there is a new song coming. Best damn evening I ever had
@@dominikgaal7570 ayyyy!!!!!
and they got Courtney there man it's unfair
This single proves once more that BMTH is one of those bands that just do whatever they want
And they do it well (ignore amo lol)
@@brandynkilpatrick Amo is one of their best records musically, just because its pop doesnt mean its bad
Say what you will about amo stylistically (it wasn't my favourite either) but strategically it was genius. Diversifying your range is the best way of getting as wide an audience as possible not only into your band, but into the wider scene, pumping fresh blood into the whole alternative ecosystem.
Sempiternal was my gateway and, while heavier than amo, it was light enough to get on Radio 1. Without that I wouldn't have learned the earlier albums even existed. It's kinda like investing in stocks - it's better to invest in more than one kind so you can reap the benefits of a bunch of different markets all at the same time. The commercial success breeds financial security breeds creative freedom
@@brandynkilpatrick amo is a good album

It’s hyper compressed to the point of sounding nails on a chalkboard

I was in their Budapest concert yesterday and they played this as their opening song and let me tell you - the Budapest arena went fucking wild the moment they began !! Banger song, lets me think maybe we'll get to hear pray for plagues live 😁
I was curious, did they release the song early in Budapest or did you guys just get that song without hearing it beforehand?
i'm really hoping they open with this at my show in boston next month, because people will lose it, and it will be AMAZING
@@nickrydza2575 It was a surprise. The song came out after concert

There is no doubting BMTH is absolutely GOATED. Name another band who can both go heavy as fuck, be incredibly catchy, and include a guest verse from a rapper and make it sound so both cohesive and chaotic. Absolute fucking banger 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
Linkin Park?
Ronnie Radke and Oli at the same show would blow my fucking mind. That's his only competition right now, oct 13th ATX, A7X and FIR, that's gonna be a day to remember
Periphery! If they had ever had a guest rapper…
Yeah...the band is called Linkin Park
@@anthonykuhl6693 I’d say BMTH is like the 2010s-present Linkin Park, but they’re a bit more extreme. Linkin Park never included fucking Deathcore in their music. Both bands are absolutely god tier legends 🤘🏻😬
this basically proves once again oli can still scream, he is so good live also!!! saw them in February and ma boi good
Except for that tiktok comparing him to SpongeBob screaming🤣🤣🤣
Yeah oli's scream is even better now than ever because it sounds healthy. He even able to sing properly now🤌
Haven't we known that for a while now? His live performances have had incredible screaming for the past few years since he fixed his shit
I mean the deathcore medleys/random old songs thrown in kinda proved that
Imagine when we heard this for the first time yesterday live in concert as a first song ! Pure happiness 🥲
I was there too and I was slammed
Yesss me too
"You motherfuckers are about to be the first people on this planet to mosh to this song" that was pure epic

One thing I've always found about Bring Me is that they're the one setting trends in the scene. They're unafraid of pushing the envelope and having everyone else follow in the following year or two.
Well, in the case of this song in particular, they didn't set the trend. Tallah and Gloom In the Corner have been doing nu-core before BMTH, and both Left To Suffer and Darko US have featured rap artists in one of their songs as well. That being said, I hope that more bands will do it now that BMTH has shown it can work.
why is this actually so damn good…i saw “lil uzi vert” and didn’t want to listen to it, but i did because bmth makes shit work, and they DID. this is a banger!
The one I never want to hear again is Machine-gum Kelly's collab, damn that was an ass song

The end little melody is actually from a song by Paledusk which they are amazing and Daidai from paledusk helped write this song, so i guess his lil cameo is that melody
I saw them at Download yesterday, they were so so good!
Not just the show, but they tell a story with their shows, the aesthetics of the stage, and OMG so much fire!
120'000 people going nuts for them!
One of the best nights of my life
I like these reactions way more, because he really goes into the structure, cords and stuff instead of just making some noises when the breakdown kicks in.
This song is so genuinely fun to listen to. Catchy, heavy and each part knows when to come in and dip out without overstaying it's welcome. Truly unbeatable.
Nik what you are now doing with these reactions remind me a lot of Elizabeth's approach for The Charismatic Voice approach. Its genuinely awesome what you do with these reactions and make them so unique.
Please no! "Let's start that one more time from the beginning..."
@@darkwaveatheist I get what you’re saying and I’m now afraid this could happen ahahaha
Not even close, the video’s only 8 minutes long
I'd say more like David from The Music Shed. Figuring out the notes along with the song but not a lot of restarting the same part over and over
She's awful. So overacted.
This is why most of my favorite bands are experimental ones. You NEVER know what you’re gonna get when a new track drops and it’s the best thing

Jesus fckn Christ, in no way I would've ever imagined how fucking hard ass heavy this shit will eventually be when I first heard it as the outro tune for 'Lost'. I gotta say this is even heavier than anything on PH: Survival Horror. I can't explain the pure joy I'm experiencing right now.
maybe not heavier than dear diary but idk, maybe on pair of heavyness, still gives me huge hype
Been a BMTH fan since There Is A Hell. Their musical changes were exactly at the same time when my music starts maturing. Seeing them go back to their roots like this makes me happy as a fan for 12 fucking years
I love how you used albums to reference which era screaming from Oli Sykes. I've been a fan since album one, Medusa was my nickname and song in highschool. Keep rocking 🤘
The recent interview with Jordan is so funny when asked how he keeps up with a creative like Oli. He's just like "Yep..."😂 Everytime I start to doubt them, goddamn they pull it off. It's actually incredible how they can transcend genres so successfully.

This single has blown my mind a bit. Baffled by how many people who don't seem to be aware of GlassJAW and the legend status of them.
For real bro . Glassjaw changed me when I saw them in the early 2000s
Kind of fucked up how every band that ripped off glassjaw got more famous than they did, but it is what it is
100%
100% Daryl does a lot of carrying the screams in this and is getting zero cred
@@ayeb0ss There’s a lot of reasons GJ didn’t blow up the way they should’ve. Roadrunner giving no fucks about their first album, and the big one being Daryl having Crohns and not able to tour a lot.
The 4-bar heavy intro, the DOUBLED UP 16-bar breakdown, plus the 8-bar heavy ending? It’s like they said “okay you want breakdowns? Bet” and then gave it the HUUUUGEST BMTH chorus we’ve heard since Sempiternal.
i accept this personally also. this is the hardest bang after Sempiternal release!
Saw them a few days ago in Paris… and let me tell you… this song goes even HARDER live… i had no expectations and was blown away by how heavy they are live!
Saw them in America, wow. This song specifically was CRAZY live
This year has been absolutely incredible for metal as a genre. I think Sleep Token, BMTH, and A7X as a collective have breathed much needed life into the prog/modern metal scene. The pure experimentation and level of execution from these guys is absolutely commendable
Currents my dude, currents…
@@mikee9511 Eh, I feel like TDWS is their worst album of the three. It isn’t bad, but the beautiful melodies that we’re used to were very watered down and almost radio-friendly. The heavy shit slapped though and I like that they experimented with electronics a bit (Living in Tragedy is goated).
this song is arranged by DAIDAI from Paledusk!
amazing collaboration!
I saw BMTH in London for their NX_GN tour and hearing Oli talk about how excited he is that he's been able to start screaming again and go back to their roots for their next album nearly made me cry. And doing Diamonds Aren't Forever - a song he hasn't been able to do in over a decade, and the first ever BMTH I ever heard - towards the end of the set, OMG I WAS BAWLING!!! I can't wait to see what they have lined up!
This song hit me like a freight train, it was totally not what is was expecting 😂 but im all for heavy BMTH 🤘🤘🤘
I just love that you never know what you get from BMTH... they are still able to surprise, still able to create new sounds, still able to keep it fresh and evolve
I love the shots at r/metalcore. I've never seen a group of metalcore fans that I'd never wanna hang out with more.
Hearing this live in Budapest was such a joy, and Oli's voice, god damn was it sexy

The heavies hit so hard when they are just sprinkled in like that, awesome track
As soon as I saw this posted on BMTH's page, I knew Nik would have a video the next day. Seeing how happy this makes Nik makes me happy. I can't stop smiling at his smiling.

that main guitar riff is VERY glassjaw-esque. i’m a huge glassjaw fan and was pleasantly surprised by how much i like this song. didn’t really know what to expect going in, honestly. hah
This chorus was what was playing in the background at the end of LosT
I like how in LoSt oli literally told us the breakdown was coming, and now he tells us the song is over. Straight up fucking banger!

idk if im the only one but im getting severe Ice Nine Kills vibes from this track, very cinematic and almost musical-like progression of the song. I fucking LOVE it :D
The thing I love with BMTH, is that you never know what to expect whenever they drop something new
One thing to note is Uzi Vert is a huge metalhead. There's a video of him starting a moshpit at a Lorna Shore show
The thing you have to appreciate about BMTH is that they just unapologetically just do their own thing, with who they want and it always aounds good. Even if its not your thing they make good music
It sounds like all their past work just came together into one song, AND IM ALL FOR IT!
This song feels almost inspired by Nik's BMTH how to, coincidence? I think not!
But just imagine that they were sitting in the studio thinking about to make a metalcore/deatchore banger that we havent heard for so many years and one of them just :"lets feature Uzi" FCKIN CRAZY
