@@joeeversman4284 it’s by far my favorite meat. I have never had a bad one but I can tell you the ones that taste bad were either ran (adrenaline dump) or the meat was cooled fast enough you need to get the hide off and get it on ice when it’s hot out that goes for any meat

Are you a big fan of Antelope meat? I love it but I hear so many people say they don’t like it. I have a theory on that but wanted your take.
