Thank you Bonnie. I've actually made a couple of these. The 2nd one I made with fringe and a simple neck edging instead of the FP BP stiches. It's a really nice pattern to work up
Very elegant poncho , I am making one in black , and I will make it in other colors for sure, thanks for sharing .I already pin it to my Pinterest project to try .and subscribed to your channel .I am wandering why you didn't get lots of views .
Thank you so much. It will be gorgeous in black. The view figures are frustrating, The algorithm doesn't favour me and I'm just not that visible but your comments and Pinterest actions really help to improve that.
Thanks Elaine. I used a light weight yarn on this one so a slight step up on your sport weight but the pattern works with all weights so you should be grand
I'm not sure why you can't see the replies on which ever device you are using but I can assure you that every comment has received a reply As for yarn, I used approximately 900 metre of DK light weight yarn for a European size medium/large but obviously if you are smaller you will use less and larger will require more. Hope that helps
Hi, it's Ally from West Cork Crochet. It very much depends on the size of you, the size of your hook and the type of yarn you use. I used about 900 metres of dk yarn for a European sized medium. Hope that helps
Hi Michelle. I usually turn when possible just because working continuous rounds can sometimes cause the work to skew/twist a little. It's probably not so much of a problem, if at all, with a lacy stitch pattern but in this instance you will get a very slight contrast between showing one side of your stitches on the V rows and the other side on the fan rows which can make them stand out a little more. Thanks for watching and for your message ❤
Nice poncho love it

Thank you! I'm a little bit in love with this one.

That’s beautiful! What yarn weight are you working with? I have a merino wool sport weight I’d like to use for this.

Do you know how much yarn is needed for this project please
Hi, I used approx 900 metres of DK light weight yarn for a European sized medium
Found video but very disappointed that there was no mention of how much wool you need. And also noted that no one else gets a reply

Do you have to turn your work? Couldn’t you just keep going?

What is 18 cm in inches please?
Hi, to convert cm to inches, just divide by 2.54 so 18cm is 7.09 inches so just a tiny bit over 7 inches.
