- My good friend Ricky from @ITSOURLIFEARD and his lovely family came down from New York to visit. His wife, Anna, and I decided to make Curry Duck, Trinidadian Style. It was a wonderful evening. Good food, great company, and an amazing evening. Happy Birthday Aidan and a very Happy Anniversary to Ricky and Anna!

Thanks for having Trini in the house Rocky and fam. Her method is interesting, I will try it. We all cook curry a little bit differently, also the taste depends on the type of curry you use as well . I like to fry my methi, onion and pepper in the hot oil brown, before I put in the curry to fry,then follow with the meat.

Perfect presentation !! A 'secret ingredient' by Trini Cooks in Traditional Indian dishes is Methi or Feenugreek which gives the food a distinct flavor. Haven't seen this used lately. Overall Job Well done.

Yep it Curried Duck. My favorite and yes i seasonsall of my meat a couple of days before i cook it tastes better thank u Anna. for your wonderful demonstrations we are sister's we cook alike. Nice. But of course the meat have to be washed and seasons and put into refrigerator for a couple of days then cook. Anna u rock girl RICKY U marry the right woman she's the real deal 🌹💓

Oh my Rocky, you're out numbered on this one. The majority of folks from the Islands put the curry before the meat.
