Love this kind of content. The would of exercise and marketing is so crazy and it's nice to see the options that people that know what they are doing choose. I can't get all of them but it's nice to see what my options are for what I'm working on.
I'd love new content on proper form for beginners to advanced.

Great set up. Surprised there is no cold plunge, steam sauna, jacuzzi, inferred sauna. You would have the ultimate set up. I will take a look at the video for the hyperbaric chamber. I think over time there is a difference. Something like high altitudes, low altitude or creatine. Great job!!!

I have a nordictrac as well. I love it. One thing I don’t like is I don’t always like the instructor led stuff. Sometimes I want pre built courses. I like the life fitness and some of the matrix ones that have like the grand staircase series and trinity forest runs and stuff. However, one feature I really like is making my own via the maps. I’m currently doing the PCT on my treadmill wearing a 60 pound pack.

Then do something about that. You have the ability to create what you want in life. It may not happen overnight but most of us start at the bottom.

@JLCsyr being legally blind has made life harder, it really limits getting to work and day to day activities.
You can say excuses excuses or whatever. But I'm just saying life isn't a level playing field for everyone. I wish I had started at the bottom but I feel like I started life below the bottom.
Since COVID started I have lost over 200 lbs and had a major spine surgery. So thankfully I'm a little bit more physically abled today than a few years ago, but just the getting to work part is difficult on its own.

Congrats on losing all that weight brother! And Planet Fitness absolutely can provide enough equipment and space for any of us to get fit and healthier. Life definitely ain’t an even playing field but as long as our hearts still beat, we all got a chance! Recently lost a bunch of weight myself.. keep keeping on and don’t let anyone tell you you’re not doing enough. Only you know what your best is brother and as long as you’re striving you’re on a good track 👍🏼

Get the Starting Strength blue book. Watch their youtube videos as a supplement. Work through novice progression on squat, bench, deadlift, overhead press. Eat 150-180 grams of quality protein a day. after 3-6 months when you've built a strength base, there are lots of resources out there to progress with and by then you'll have more idea on where you would like to focus. Listen to Dr. Huberman and Dr. Andy Galpin's 6 part podcast that came out last year. Listen to Dr. Attia's podcast on zone 2 with Dr Inigo San Millan.
