Great video! It was heartening to hear that even Mr De Lauer, a superman among men, is humble about his injury issues and how he deals with them in his training.
Two great channels combined! Thanks to both of you! I’m really on the fence regarding building a home gym rather than deal with public gym BS. And thank you Thomas for doing more videos on physical exercise lately, your perspective is definitely more user friendly to those of us who have been too heavy to worry about weighted pull ups as a main part of our workouts
Wow! This was fantastic to see... It's like you are from a whole other planet... I rarely watch YT videos >5 min... Had to watch most of this twice in a row (something I almost never do)! All the best!
Dope car man!! Been watching you for a minute in my own journey. I have a red 19 widebody redeye and a 21 white gt500 with kona blue stripes. I could have swore I saw a shelby in one of your vids lol 🤙🤙
Thanks for the tour! I'm wondering if you could do an entire video on your journey through back injury. I'm 39 and have been fighting through repeated back injury for years now. Want to keep lifting heavy and doing high-intensity...but keep hurting my back! Have consumed every piece of content I can find. Squat University. Stuart McGill. Kelly Starrett. Ben Patrick. Have attacked it from an exercise/mobility/PT angle, and also diet/sleep/heat and cold therapy, etc. Curious what has been most helpful for you. Thanks!
He already said he did at one point but most likely doesn't anymore. Check out Set Feroce if you want that shit, his old old videos though, he's stopped. People be dying and shit.
Hi, I see that you use torque fitness equipment and have their adjustable bench. Would you recommend it? I’m only ussure about if the pads vinyl is too slippery for flat bench.
first thing at a new gym i check is the calf raise machine how heavy the stack is or just check out everyone's golf putter calves and leave symmetry is paramount big arms and tiny calves look ridiculous
Thomas is a total science geek. He comes from the medical field and focuses on real science in his nutrition and training. You’re “trained eye” should check his videos out. It’s not the bro science you are used to. Learn about him a little before you start talking shit.
@@ThomasDeLauerOfficial I agree with Coop's thoughts. I don't think he thought you were immobile, more so being impressed by the way you moved so nimbly laterally while being jacked!
@@J3T101 Oh really? I missed that video where he said that.. I guess it doesn’t matter anymore if he already admitted to it.I just believe that it’s important for fitness influencers to be more transparent way beyond just diet with their viewers.Thomas still has my respect no matter what tho.💯
@@vladig7006 it was briefly when he was talking to Greg Deuccett (or however the hell you spell it) he's obviously not proud of it because in some capacity I'm sure some people think it tarnishes his rep but he may just be doing TRT at this point. Most people 40+ do now because why not? I may at some point too, I've always wondered the physique I could get with sauce!
Funny how it’s always the jealous DUDES that make pansy comments. Love how our world has flipped so much. Proud of all the ladies that have respect, poise, and reserve.
@@ThomasDeLauerOfficial so rather than denying it or informing me why it’s not true you call me “jealous” and a “pansy”. The proof is in your response…. You obviously have an amazing physic and work very hard. But you obviously are getting some “help”.
@@ThomasDeLauerOfficial You have a good day as well... I wasn't trying to be disrespectful but I see how it could be taken that way. I am actually a big fan and take a lot of your advice. I don't care what people do to their bodies, I have done some gear myself. I just think people need to be transparent about it. I also do almost all of Nicks programs, the guy is a beast, runs fasts and lifts heavy. I just know from experience when you run 20+ miles a week it's nearly impossible to stay the same size as if you just lifted if you are not getting some help. Maybe I have been doing it all wrong but I eat clean and try to eat 2500+ cals. If you want I will gladly delete this thread so it's not taking away from this cool gym equipment video.
Thanks for having us out, we had a killer time!
We need more of this coop
Coop, come check out my garage gym and give me some suggestions/review it!
Gotta get into Jockos gym
Coop what weighted shirt were you and he referring to
Coop is on a world tour seems like
A collab we never knew we wanted but turned out to be awesome
Thomas is a legit freak of nature! Incredible stuff so far!
Great video! It was heartening to hear that even Mr De Lauer, a superman among men, is humble about his injury issues and how he deals with them in his training.
Haven’t looked at your channel for many years and wow you are keeping it so real and living the good life. Best wishes
The collab we didn't know we needed. Science meets the home gym
Wow so impressed you guys really show the science in working out thanks
Where I live it never ever gets cold. Hot humid and horrible is the norm.

The fact that coop is jealous is saying something since he literally has access to every major manufacturer
Thank you for sharing ✊🏆
I was always curious on what this gym had and ideas . So, thanks for sharing and hope to see the other one Thomas mentions!

(something I almost never do)! All the best!
I always thought Thomas was a specimen, but he looked so small and soft next Coop.
😂😂😂😂
He's only like 5'10" and usually stands really close to the camera in his videos which ends up making him look bigger than he actually is.
Oh dam I watch coops channel too he’s a great builder !
Been waiting for this!!!

2 thumbs up Thomas!!!!
Man my worlds are colliding. You ought to talk to the guys at Power Athlete next!
Love that gym! A huge peg board would be a nice addition to it!
Thomas, love your channel. You mentioned a weighted shirt. Do you know which brand or manufacturer you referenced? TYVM.
Very nice set up!
Thomas is an OG
💯

Nice place 👍
I can't like this video enough!!!
Can we do a walkthru of Tom's Juicing routine too? I think that would be very informative :)
Lol
He's way more into coffee than juices.
He already said he did at one point but most likely doesn't anymore. Check out Set Feroce if you want that shit, his old old videos though, he's stopped. People be dying and shit.
not bad buddy
A bunch of little cameos in there!!
"Are you doin' a ton of dumbbell work?"
"I mean, it prolly adds up to more than 2000lbs after all's said and done."
Hi, I see that you use torque fitness equipment and have their adjustable bench. Would you recommend it? I’m only ussure about if the pads vinyl is too slippery for flat bench.
Watching this video has made me question wether getting a half rack was a good idea to begin with, given that I love dumbbells and KBs😦
Yes. You still must squat, bench, and deadlift, as the basis of everything strength. :)
first thing at a new gym i check is the calf raise machine how heavy the stack is or just check out everyone's golf putter calves and leave symmetry is paramount big arms and tiny calves look ridiculous
Where do you get the money bar set?
Oh wow. Yall got microphones this time
Gotta get a home to put it in first, so gonna add this to watch later so me in 20 years can find it 😂
Thomas, how much are you running every week?
Coop, heighth is not a word! 😅
Badass
Man, I need a reverse hyper. I have a little of arthritis on my l5-s1.
Nice gt500 bro!
You have a video with Marcus Filly?
How did he purchase thoseonkey bars? Must have!
COOP 🤣😂
Must be the biggest garage door I've seen
One of these guys actually lifts
🔥💯
0:28 - DAMN IT, COOP!!!
For the LAST TIME!!
The word, “Height” is NOT pronounced like that!!! Do you have a LISP??!!????
Ari Gold lifts? Wow 😂😂😂
Looking juicy
🤣 you drive a freaking girls car
First
🥇🏆🥇🏆
Wait he has another gym
I don't have a garage

5:12 the most ignorant thing Coop has ever said.
Lol I wondered if I looked that immobile lol

Thomas and Nick are both on steroids. Show me somebody that runs 20 miles a week, their size, and is natural.

Dang, I’m sure people say that about all kinds of things that they’re not into. You always type whatever negativity pops into your brain?
