    Thanks! An amazing & effective workout for only 30 min….I got my heart rate up & a definite challenge for strengthening & working my legs, glute & upper body muscles, even my core. I learned some new moves, thank you so much. I’ll be back, please don’t stop doing what you do, it’s most appreciated. Your workouts would cost me hundreds of $$ at a Pilates studio.
