What is Agent Blue? Agent blue controls moss and mould and delivers long term results. Its base ingredient is Benzalkonium chloride.
Is Agent Blue safe to use? Agent Blue is safe to use. It is a non bleach based product, and in the contractor formulation which we supply, it is 8.3% Benzalkonium chloride to water, so it is non corrosive. It is always recommended that the operator wear a dust mask to save breathing in vapour or fumes. If you have pets and you have sprayed your pathway, lock them inside until the Agent Blue has dried. Pets have a tendency to lick their paws and it could possibly make them nauseous.
How to mix and apply Agent Blue? Add the contents to a solo spray or similar garden sprayer, top up with water in the ratio directed on the label. Spray liberally, using around 1Litre per square meter.
Where can I use Agent Blue? Agent Blue can be used on all building substrates, glass, tin, tiles, concrete, wood etc.
Its best to apply to reasonably dry moss and mould, and apply it at least 3 hours before a rainfall.
