Have you had problem with the lock connecting to the app? I see the ty paired in my Bluetooth connection but the app can't find the lock.

I need help. I put this door lock in today. I can't get the app to sync or lock the door.
does this matter which way the door is as the bit that goes from ur door to wall insert on yours the wall would is on the right mine is on the left can this be done ? is it a case of just switching the door pin around ?

Okay the bolt function the correct way but the lack doesn’t catch when the door is closed
I don’t know how to put it in silent mode 😢 can you help?
When I put batteries in and get no power anyone know how to fix
I only get power when I add a cable
