    Tony was my neighbor for years.. He taught me to play guitar at 12 years old.. Still playing 41 years later! Tony was my playmate when I was a kid.. We would play music, play tennis, talk about girls.. One day, I played hookie from school.. I had built a go cart and Tony pushed me around in it the whole afternoon. Many memories with Tone..

      um me: “Shouldn’t be”? Sorry but, who are you to decide? Especially declaring “a people” shouldn’t be. Yah, some of them did some bad, bad stuff but there always other things “a people” do that are pretty good. Make sure too you aren’t relying on old, old stereotypes. That too general.

    • @boa9535
      @boa9535 4 года назад +2

      um me: Why shouldn’t Apaches be proud?

    • @boa9535
      @boa9535 4 года назад

      um me: Yes, you said they shouldn’t be proud. By putting one sentence after the other you’re setting up a logical sequence of thought. Then, now you ARE saying they should be ashamed. So, the Apache did have a reputation for being more violent, but when did that happen? If we take your heritage for example, why should people stop blaming you for what your ancestors did? You just have to be careful when you’re pointing your finger at someone based on assumptions.

    • @boa9535
      @boa9535 4 года назад

      um me: “Not all Native American Indians should be proud. There were very bad ones like the Apache.” And “But since you brought it up ...” Maybe English isn’t your first language but those quotes are saying it. I’m glad you rephrased it so you appear more polite.

    • @boa9535
      @boa9535 4 года назад +1

      The FBI was watching the American Indian Movement, and Redbone hung out in Europe where they were extremely popular. In states, Pat & Lolly had done studio work & wrote songs, but the industry was very tough format to get your own music published back then.

      A relative of Lolly and Pat's said that they had no Indian heritage whatsoever and they were 100% Mexican. A lot of their popularity came from the fact that they decided to conquer the world as a native American act. Their voices were amazing regardless. Nothing ever held them back because they were always doing concerts. Back then there was only three television networks but they were on television invited as guest to perform. So take your racism BS and go kick rocks. It isn't even true.
