My friend stayed at the Candy Cane after I showed her your video, she came back and said it was such a great place to stay! The walking distance and having the shuttle option was perfect!
I used to know the owners many years ago. I have no idea if they still own it as I haven't been in touch with them since I moved. I haven't stayed there in a long time but it's such a great location.
That is so neat! I believe it might be the same owners (don't quote me on that) but that is what it sounded like when I was talking to the driver of the trolly. It is a good location and so easy to walk to, thank you for watching.
Thanks for your video on the Candy cane. Stayed a week ago, absolutely loved it! I’ve stayed at the Grand and believe it or not I rather stay here. Very clean, rooms are comfy and staff was great. 😊
@@AnaheimParkTourist awesome ! Thanks enjoy. Since it's just myself I've opted for one of the regular rooms. Is the larger better (quieter) and worth the extra money?
Always love your walking tours! So relaxing. I walked by this resort every day on our last trip but it was under construction then for refurb. It looks like such a fantastic distance from the parks. Awesome tour as always 😊 thanks for sharing with us! 💕
Hi, sorry for the delay in answering you. We are currently at Disneyland. We have our hotels planned out for our next trip and we won’t be staying at the Days Inn. One of our friends is staying there right now. Offhand, if it is the the Days Inn with the shuttle, our friend says the hotel is just okay. She further stated the shuttle runs so infrequently that they just walk. We do not have any personal experience staying there.
We waited roughly 5 minutes for security. We chose the wrong line, the other lines were moving quite a bit faster than the one we picked. We did not rope drop on this day. We left the Candy Cane roughly around 9-9:30am if I remember correctly. Wait times vary depending on the time of day.
Why? Why do posters have to overlay horrible, loud music to their videos. I had just subscribed last night, but I am unsubscribing today. It is too bad too.
A number of reasons: 1. Because we are talking as we are walking and I need to mute our conversation. We are a family of four and we make these videos throughout our day and we don't make special walking trips with no talking. We go to have fun and we talk like everyone else as we walk to the park. 2. The camera also picks up other peoples conversations surprisingly well. We do our best to blur faces when they are clearly shown and we don't want to broadcast other peoples conversations. 3. Road Noise, loud exhaust from cars and motorcycles. 4. Copyright issues if other music is playing. Even if it is faintly playing in the background we have to deal with copyright issues. Which can be a strike, 3 strikes and the channel is done. 5. Just mute the music if you don't like it or it is too loud. This is something we do ourselves from time to time. We work extremely hard on delivering a variety of content that is short and to the point to help people plan their Disneyland vacations. Sorry to see you go over music.

That’s awesome! So great to hear! We were just there again last week. Lol. Loved having breakfast delivered to the room. ☺️
It’s great to have an updated candy cane inn walk! I truly enjoyed staying here in April 💚
Yes, we were just there last night and loved our stay. Super nice people and the hotel is very quiet.
I remember this walk. It was not too bad. Love these walk videos. LIKE 30. 👍👍👍
Pretty easy walk and a nice place to stay. Thank you!
Cake Walk! 😂 I've been waiting to use that joke!
lol thank you for watching!
perfect location for walking to the parks to enjoy a magical day 🥳 thanks for sharing ✨
Thank you
I can’t wait for our trip next week to the Candy Cane Inn! Thanks for the walking vlog.
We hope you have a good stay and fun next week. We are counting down the days ourselves. How many nights are you staying?
@@AnaheimParkTourist we are there for 6 nights
Great walking tour, nice that you pointed out the hotel shuttle bus. I bet it’s well used after a long day at the parks.
Yes! Such a great option and yes, after a long day the shuttle is the much preferred option to get home.

We agree with you! We have stayed at Candy Cane twice now. We loved both our stays there and had such a great experience.
Not a bad walk at all! I always feel like I’m going to the parks with you guys when you do these walks, I love it!
Thanks! We always watch on our television and it almost looks like being there!
@@AnaheimParkTourist I do the same. Thanks so much. Looking forward to my stay at Candy Cane for my 2024 visit.
That should be a good trip! We are headed to stay at the Candy Cane tonight, in their larger room.

We will have to get back to you in a few hours. We are at the airport now waiting for our flight

It is so nice to have this option back. This hotel is just a quick walk away and they do have a shuttle. Thank you!
Doesn't seem like too bad of a walk but I'd probably opt for the Trolley. I'm lazy...😅
I don't blame you, it is best to save the feet for all of the hard work in the park. Thank you for watching!!!
Hello! If you guys have a video or plan to make a video on “Quality inn at the park” hotel that would be awesome! ( not main gate commons error lol )

@@AnaheimParkTourist Me too. The videos I have watched were informative, but I will not risk having my ears blown out again.
