I always thought of sick shit as a teenage party anthem. He’s saying “my heart is lost, my dick is soft” only to denounce those statements with “these things mean nothing to me!” Because when you’re young, and at a party, you just wanna get fucked up and do sick shit. You aren’t worried about some lost love and you don’t have erectile dysfunction.
