  • In this informative video on UroChannel, join Dr. med. Dr. phil. Stefan Buntrock, a board-certified urologist and sexologist from Göttingen, as he delves into the crucial topic of penile maintenance. Discover the necessary steps to ensure a healthy penis, including proper cleaning techniques and regular inspections. Dr. Buntrock emphasizes the significance of maintaining hygiene, especially for uncircumcised men who need to be vigilant about cleaning the foreskin to prevent the buildup of smegma, which can lead to chronic inflammation and potential health risks. He advises rinsing the penis with clear water daily, avoiding harsh soaps that disrupt the natural pH balance of the skin. Stefan also highlights the importance of self-examination, checking for any discolorations, wounds, or lumps beneath the foreskin. Additionally, he provides insights on topics such as penile cancer, the retraction of foreskin, post-micturition dribble, maintaining penile skin health, erections, priapism, and protection against sexually transmitted diseases. Whether you seek guidance on penile hygiene or want to learn more about maintaining optimal penile health, this comprehensive video has got you covered. Don't miss out on Dr. Dr. Stefan Buntrock's expert advice and valuable tips. Watch now to ensure a healthier future for your penis!

    You know a doctor is smart if they do not recommend routine circumcision. It is not good to loose that much sensitivity.

    I heard that the uncut pens with foreskin is self cleaning, with just an occasional clear water wash is sufficient. Also that it has antiseptic and antibiotic properties in an uncut male!!

    I have the opposite problem, virtually all my glans are perminently exposed, but ive never been circumsised.
    This change happened during puberty, my willy grew but the forskin didn't.

    So there is some wisdom in citcumcision?

    • @UroChannel1A
      @UroChannel1A  11 месяцев назад +1

      Circumcision is the thing to do if there is a disease of the foreskin that doesn’t subside spontaneously and where there is no other means of cure.
