A year ago I stumbled on a video of Jamie riding a Honda CB500x. I never rode a motorcycle in my life. At 48 years old, I took a motorcycle course, and bought a Honda CB500X, just like i saw him ride. Got my license. And I’ve had some of the best damn days of my life. This guy never stops inspiring me. Thanks
Yeah, because it is spiritual - and impossible in physical ( material ) World. As long we have needs - we can't be free.....( just to name basic like air, food and shelter).
I've been riding motorbikes since I was 3 years old- I had lost my way though, Jamie- you brought me back and showed me the passion I had lost. Thank you
"The man hunched over his motorcycle can focus only on the present instant of his flight; he is caught in a fragment of time cut off from both the past and the future; he is wrenched from the continuity of time . . . in other words, he is in a state of ecstasy; in that state he is unaware of his age, his wife, his children, his worries, and so he has no fear, because the source of fear is in the future, and a person freed of the future has nothing to fear."
I've dreamt about riding motorcycles my entire life but always managed to come up with an excuse on not getting one. This wonderfully produced movie summed up everything I want to experience myself. Three months and 10,000 km's later on an '86 Yamaha and my only regret is not doing it sooner. Thank you Jamie and to all who help behind the scenes on each MotoGeo release.
Some of the scenes caused a flashback to my ride this spring, 10,000 miles from Mexico through British Columbia, Yukon and Alaska. The best times were the early morning when the air was cool, little traffic, and brilliant morning sun. Peace and freedom.
Steamboat no pics posted...maybe a few on my FB page. The Klodike Highway and Alaska Highway are all paved. No problem. And fuel is available as reasonable intervals. Just don't pass the opportunities by. Really no difficulty at all, and far less traffic than the lower 48.
TheMissendenFlyer she was indeed gorgeous. Lucky bloke! And to cap it off, a ride with her arms around him at the end. Fitting way to end a fantastic experience
I am physically sitting in an office bldg, but my heart and mind just took the journey with you...man I need to get on the bike this weekend! Loved the short film👍
You are really a inspiring person! I also believe that motorcycle can free people from everyday's burden. and also believe I can free my son with my bike. He has problems in his life. I will take him go out for a ride. Thanks for sharing this video! From Japan.
Just brought a Suzuki GSX600f, not ridden for 12 years and now 54 years but when i’m back on it it feels like i’ve never left it, love my bike so much.
Very good movie again jamie big thumbs up for you and great to see that you make those kids feel good and make them day respect for that keep doing what your doing its just amazing .
godness me ....im chasing freedom too ....at the ripe age of 53 learnt to ride a bike and the rest is history, and when u see this stories i know im on the right path to it.caged most of the week with work and responsabilities and free on the sunday .....just the two of us ....my iron horse and me.awesome video jamie!!!!!thanks for reminding me why i ride.....
Been watching your career Jamie for a while, you was a great racer (dont think you got the rides you should have got) I think you have found your feet with this youtube channel, we can feel your passion for Motorcycles, keep it up and spread the joy!
This is the best thing I have ever seen on RUclips. The camera work is on point in every shot. Love the details especially the shooting out windows and getting those lil extra shots. It's those that make this film what it is. Also super tight work on the drone. Colors match up perfectly . It's just a perfect film. Great writing and amazing moments captured.. please make more. Also send me a hat or shirt haha . Thanks Jaime and the crew. Next time show some behind the scenes or some pics of the people behind the cam!
I can't believe it's on RUclips for free. I was finally going to pay to see it. Love Jamie and Motogeo. Wish you'd do stuff with Zack and Ari from Motorcyclist
Wooow Man.. what have U done.... this is abslutly Freedom... yess... This is Freedom Machine... U just pull me back to my freedom... Now i am feeling like a free man on my own bike with my own freedom.. thankx man... just Thank You
Congrats Jamie! One of the best bike movies on the web with soul and feeling about riding a motorbike - freedom at it`s best! A bike....nature...people ...good food - what else ? ;-) Road greetings from germany. Stay health and be motivated ;-)
Proud to be a fellow Englishman to Jamie, great to see the faces on those kids larking around with you. Motorcycles bring out the best in us, more than any other vehicle.
Love the film Jamie, thanks. Although I love the freedom of the ride, for me freedom begins with the understanding that I am the creator of everything that I experience , good bad or indifferent. True freedom is living that without fear or boundaries. It's a work in progress but one hell of a ride.
My story of your inspiration, Jamie, is similar to below. A friend who didn’t realize I didn’t know how to ride when he showed me his hand-customized Yamaha-ish bike, taught me to ride it. I was instantly enthralled by this life-long ambition. Right around the same time (maybe 4 years ago?) I saw your video on. Triumph Bonneville up in the Sierra Nevadas. You have exemplified everything it is for me to live Fun. Took a course, got my license and at 54 bought my Street Cup. Living the life I never had before, thanks to you(and Jeff).
Great stuff Jamie, and kudos for the gift to the kids. Freedom is appreciating what you have, and helping others when they have not. And motorbikes. Top work dude.
Wow man, you lifted the kids' spirit while they lifted yours and all of us watching. Yeah, there's a chance you can change the kids outlook of life. Great program there. The van was such a nice gift and the hand prints make it their own. Mejico is beautiful and so are their people.
"Perhaps freedom is too complex to capture in a quote, and the only way to grasp is by chasing it everyday." yet you captured how I feel about it with this one, thanks for the ride Jaime!
How fantastic was that. The children in it were a good reminder of when we do things that makes us feel free, we have to help others to feel it to. I did shed a tear on that part. Stunning film. Thanks❤️😉
Great story about your ride and sole search. Wonderful seeing the interaction with the orphans and you and your crew giving up the van. Very cool. Great story with the farmer at elevation. Best part was with the beautiful mermaid. That was special and you did a great job capturing that moment with that beautiful woman/sole. Wow! Well done! Cheers friend.
I watch adventure motorcycle videos all the time, but I have never seen such a beautiful video that takes the focus off of the rider and the bike and puts it on the experience. I have now found someone who put into words, what I have felt, but couldn't articulate myself and I am having a vinyl sticker made for my bike. "Four Wheels To Move A Body Two Wheels To Move the Soul"
Very nice channel. Im a Scrambler Ducati rider from Spain. Im make trips with my Urban Enduro all over the world. (im the first Spanish who to make a world trip solo). For me it is very important to help others, raising money among my followers, to deliver it to people who help in different countries by that step. Congratulations on what you have done in Baja, has been a pleasure to see the places that I went from a drone. The motorcycle is freedom, but helping others makes you feel even more. Again my congratulations.
What an impressive film, I loved every second of it. It is added to my playlist. Thank you for all the time and effort you have put into making this film, it is appreciated.
Jamie´s just such a great host. Perfect for that kind of storytelling documentary. Saw him first a few years back on the DRIVE network and immediately thought he was the best of them. Just so humble and down to earth, yet confident in what he does! Good stuff - keep it coming!
Finally a mission/giving back motorcycle channel on RUclips; definitely subscribed. I love doing this kind of thing, I got back recently from an orphanage in Bolivia helping build individual rooms for the kids there. Appreciate you sir and I am a motorcycle lover myself. Be well...
Jamie, your awesome man!! , sooo nice to see you doing that for those kids. Put a smile on my face. Do you have any footage on RUclips of you in the Isle of Man TT races?
I’ve watched this so many times. I live by a beach there are no similarities between riding my bike and sea swimming but both make shackles of 21th century life fall broken to the floor. Great video JR
Just loved this short movie..like the way we define freedom..i feel freedom is a ride on a motorcycle.. Nicely made. Keep up the great job...and yeh lovely ride i must say. Thanx for the share
Beautiful work, filming.such wonderful journey and variety of thoughts to think about.I enjoyed watching this production, thank you for sharing.you made my day. So awesome😎😁

crux123451 how can we believe you?
Why should we not? Jeeez....
LOL, that's funny. I don't mind questions at all, it's an excuse to talk about riding!
Haha i was just kidding mate! Enjoy the freedom
Cool. By the way, I've been riding for 40 years, and Jaime still inspires me =D
This video should get some kind of award,
For the human touch, landscaping, cinematography or even for the bike , and the guy taking us through it.
This is the best commercial that any motorcycle brand could have hoped for.
"Perhaps freedom is too complex to capture in a quote" best quote ever
Yeah, because it is spiritual - and impossible in physical ( material ) World.
As long we have needs - we can't be free.....( just to name basic like air, food and shelter).

wow
Perfect 👌🏼😍
Best lines.
Mind blowing.. well said....
Beautiful!

This is honestly one of the best videos on RUclips. Inspiring.
Wow, thank you!👍
Awesome video. And Estrella is gorgeous!
Fantastic film. Absolutely loved how you interacted with the children in the orphanage.
Adnan Chaudhari 100% - started watching for the bikes and Jamie, finished with that section being my fav esp the painting of the van!!
Some of the scenes caused a flashback to my ride this spring, 10,000 miles from Mexico through British Columbia, Yukon and Alaska. The best times were the early morning when the air was cool, little traffic, and brilliant morning sun. Peace and freedom.
Do you have photos of yukon anywhere on the web? Such a cool area and it seems you need to know your chit to survive out there...
Absolutely, been almost 3 years since i've been riding a bit far, morning hour before the rush was indeed the best !!
Steamboat no pics posted...maybe a few on my FB page. The Klodike Highway and Alaska Highway are all paved. No problem. And fuel is available as reasonable intervals. Just don't pass the opportunities by. Really no difficulty at all, and far less traffic than the lower 48.
Steve WK : Triumph Tiger 800
Which bike?
Masterpiece, at all.
5 mins in and I think this is worthy of being on the big screen TV later. Quality film making.
This is the best motorcycle documentary i have seen so far. Just Outstanding.... keep up a good work and greetings from Serbia
This short film is incredible: the opening monologue really summarized why I will always have a motorcycle in my life, and why I ride.
Mermaid indeed..."she had the time of her life"....you ol' trickster you!! Nice one ;0)
Estrella Navarro, just in case you're curious...
TheMissendenFlyer she was indeed gorgeous. Lucky bloke! And to cap it off, a ride with her arms around him at the end. Fitting way to end a fantastic experience
That was slick! Except spouse has video evidence. 😱😂
Hey MissedenFlyer! One of the kids here. :)
I love your stuff mate you give honest reviews
This video is true inspiration and lets our Community proudly happy to have Jamy as a member
Great video! Very kind of you to donate the van to the orphanage .. you really made their day.
oh my god. this is the best short film i have ever watched.
"Taking FREEDOM everyday" now there's a moto to live by...incredible film Jamie, thank you :)
Yes! Thank you! 👍
One word "Brilliant". Fair play for giving them the van very generous and will help them a lot. Good man Jamie
I simply loved this video. I have been enjoying The Freedom Machine for 50 years now.
Touching my heart when Jimmie meet the orphan and unfortunate childrens at the center. The operators are very generous people.
I am physically sitting in an office bldg, but my heart and mind just took the journey with you...man I need to get on the bike this weekend! Loved the short film👍

This movie inspired me on many different levels. Motogeo is by far the best motorbike channel on RUclips. Please keep these coming.
My heart melted when that van arrived ar the orphanage...thank you !!!
Your visit to the orphanage made me tear up bro. What a cool thing to do for the kids. Another great film by you. Much respect
Thanks for releasing the whole film on RUclips Jaime!! It's damned good film making and bloody good fun!
If my wife saw a video of a hot dive / swimmer on the back of my bike I'd be dead when I got home 😂
godness me ....im chasing freedom too ....at the ripe age of 53 learnt to ride a bike and the rest is history, and when u see this stories i know im on the right path to it.caged most of the week with work and responsabilities and free on the sunday .....just the two of us ....my iron horse and me.awesome video jamie!!!!!thanks for reminding me why i ride.....
Great job MotoGeo! Now i gotta go for a ride!
What an amazing and moving short film. Award worthy.
Always love your videos about the philosophy behind riding, Jaime! I hope to achieve what you have one day and make a living off my love of riding.
I'm from thailand.
I hope that my students will be inspired by watching your videos. ^_^

You are right. Everything was done on point. But likely all on the budget from Ducati….including having one of their own riders Max Biaggi
I´ve got a Harley and aTiger 800. After the great MotoGeo Videos, I've bought a Scrambler 800.It´s absolut fantastic! Thanks MotoGeo!!!

I always like the video you made....awesome!
"Perhaps freedom is too complex to capture in a quote, and the only way to grasp is by chasing it everyday." yet you captured how I feel about it with this one, thanks for the ride Jaime!
This is my favorite video. Thank you so much to share your trip. If you come in france for a new trip you’re the welcome rider 👍
Sounds great! Thank-you
It was a pleasure to watch!
How fantastic was that. The children in it were a good reminder of when we do things that makes us feel free, we have to help others to feel it to. I did shed a tear on that part. Stunning film.
Thanks❤️😉
What a fantastic little film. Great work Jamie!
a fantastic trip, as charly says "the best part of the way is the people you meet". Thank you for showing us this part of the way.
Excellent video, excellent trip, beautiful people and adventure. Great editing 👍saludos!
What a love you have for life! I pray you are as genuine as you portray.....
Genuine is the best word to sum up Yorkshire folk.
Awesome cinematography!!
After a long long time a video worth a standing applause...tooo good...amazing...just out of the world...loved every second of the video...
Great Production. No quote said, yet in the end it comes out beautifully ....”Freedom, comes by chasing it.....everyday !”. So subtle. Keep riding.
I like it that Jamie hugs everyone, good human.
Incredible film guys! Beautifully shot. Perfect route.. I know Baja and this takes me back ! Cheers guys.
The best kind of freedom is the one where we share it with others.
Freedom is spending a day with kids others have forgotten and knowing what the gift of a van can achieve.
Good on ya buddy
I watch adventure motorcycle videos all the time, but I have never seen such a beautiful video that takes the focus off of the rider and the bike and puts it on the experience. Two Wheels To Move the Soul"
Fantastic short film, thanks for taking us along!
Wonderful film Jamie! Longtime lurker of Motogeo, I've been away from bikes for 4 years, and this sums up why I'm coming back.
Top shelf production - Loved it.
