Wish biehn could have gotten more movie parts. He got screwed out of terminator 2 and alien 3. There are a million ways he could hafe been brought back
Actually I had this idea for T2 where they could have made the bad terminator that went back in time look like Kyle Reese. Terminators were infiltration units so the machines may have know what some of the human soldiers looked like and made some terminators look like them in hopes of infiltrating. The bad terminator sent back through time could have been a Reese version. Hard to swallow I know but it would have been great to have him back and fighting Arnold.
Michael T I remember reading that they planned on showing in, T2, the resistance win the war and Reese enter the time machine, very similar to ‘Genisys’ where he’s suspended in the air but Cameron couldn’t think of a way of shooting it without showing his meat and veg. Shame, I imagine most fans wanted more scenes like his flashbacks. Yet to see a sequel capture the bleak horror of a post-Judgment Day world in a full feature.
Loved him in "Aliens". Liked ths scene where he gave Sigorney Weaver the watch and said, "This doesn't mean we're engaged or nothing." That was cool indeed.
Biehn and RS on this show was the WRONG chemistry, a massive F-up on the producers part including Leno to have these two guys together on the same show. Richard comes across as too high on cocaine and mildly disrespectful to Biehn’s interview. This was painful to watch
I agree. Notice Richard "manspreads" (by today's lingo) to act masculine around Biehn, but he can't keep it up. I hate Richard being an attention whore here. It wrecks the interview.
@@Nepthu He makes fun of him a little bit but the entire show is making fun of Richard a lot so idk its fair game. I thought the "Did you guys see that Super Bowl" comment was hilarious. There's nothing wrong with pointing out people's differences if it's in the right spirit.
2020. Watching Terminator 1 again for the 1000th time. High school memories.. Never gets old. How I miss those days..fun, fun and fun. Michael Biehn and Arnold Schwarzenegger were so damn hot and good looking playing great roles..oh gracious not to mention Linda Hamilton.. what a beauty and rough around the edges female!!!geeesh..the greatest Terminator movie ever😊😘..real love for my oldies, real truth... peace.
I remember watching this when it originally aired. Biehn was amazing in Terminator, probably should've been much bigger. Anyway, I think a real opportunity was missed here. Simmons & Biehn Could've been the most awkward duo in reality show history.
Just ignore anything after 2, biehn and sigourney are married and grandparents at this point living wonderfully. Sigourney is president at this time and has to send in unit to rescue her daughter who is head scientist on mission that aliens interrupt.
Richard was such a gay ham. M.B. was such a good sport. It started out cute but quickly Richard became annoying. I thought Michael was gonna kick his fairy a ss when Richard tried to get Michael's kids out there. Wtf! Waaay out of line. Michael his great self control.
I totally agree. Richard Simmons was disrespectful and clowned around too much. People were laughing at Simmons, not with him. This actor, Michael Biehn, looked uncomfortable and for good reason. Richard Simmons kept salivating over him. Simmons made a fool of himself in my opinion.
Simmons was a bit rude and maybe high, but the guy was in shape. One of those interviews where the chemistry between the two guests didn't work. Some prodcer probably got spanked for this one.
"You stay away from those boys". What a horrible thing to say. The implications are ugly. Jay lenno is an insufferable dud. How did he get so successful ??
The jokes are all LGBT-related, hinting at Simmons sexuality. Today, they seem like punching down. Not sure if Simmons is completely "in" on the joke or if the joke is on him. Regarding Biehn, a large number of my favorite movies have him in it. I especially like Tomestone where I learned that the final gun fight between Biehn and Kilmer was worked up by them with the director's blessing. It is an amazing scene. In fact, most, but not all, of my favorite scenes in Tomestone involves these 2 guys, though Russel, Eliot and Paxton play a large part in bringing this amazing film to a next level. The chemistry and acting acumen between Biehn and Kilmer is amazing, as is the chemistry between Biehn and Russel. It is also well edited to capture the performances of these great actors. Movie magic IMO. Biehn also nailed Kyle Reese in the Terminator, really convincingly playing a soldier from the future who has been fighting robots his entire life. I hope I see him again in a movie that really takes advantage of his talent. Biehn is amazing in action movies, inserting personality, depth of character into an otherwise bland action movie. When in Terminator 1, he escapes, finds Sarah and they flee the police station that Arnold is tearing up, the film experience is incredibly immersive and believable, which IMO Biehn played a large part in making happen. He did the same thing in Aliens, elevating the film in concert with Weaver. These pairings are adroitly constructed, great scripts, great casting and Biehn takes full advantage to make it real, believable. Suspension of disbelief in these films comes easily largely because of Biehn's performances, both solo and his frequent dyad arrangements. .
I've watched Richard do this bit many times with Letterman and, to a lesser extent, with Leno. I felt sure this was all building up to something. I kept waiting for a punchline that never came. How awful for him. :(
Seemed to me like Richard Simmons was being dragged through it by Leno. Biehn seemed confused. The whole thing made me uncomfortable. I think Simmons was truly offended by constantly being referred to as abnormal. (Never cared for Leno.)
You have to know the history behind this "film" he was promoting. It was a ridiculously over-hyped two-night "event" movie thing the network was pushing like crazy, and it looked incredibly silly. All the talk shows were making fun of it for weeks before this interview, and Biehn was just playing along here. I respect actors more when they too can admit something looks a little goofy rather than try to pretend it should be taken seriously at all costs. Also, it doesn't help when Richard Simmons is sitting next to you derailing the interview.
Michael Biehn - one of the most underrated actors ever - and ever the gentleman.
At least he isn't over rated
Doug Stanhope podcast
Michael was getting pissed
Aaaah! No one could have played a better Kyle Reese than him, nobody!
I think I would have done pretty well at it.
biehn is so goddam good looking
Was...
He still is
Fact
I always thought he was incredibly handsome.
Wish biehn could have gotten more movie parts. He got screwed out of terminator 2 and alien 3. There are a million ways he could hafe been brought back
Hm...how for T3?
Actually I had this idea for T2 where they could have made the bad terminator that went back in time look like Kyle Reese. The bad terminator sent back through time could have been a Reese version. Hard to swallow I know but it would have been great to have him back and fighting Arnold.
Michael T: He WAS in Terminator 2 BRIEFLY! HE was in a scene when Sarha was in the mental institution warning sarha to protect their son.💯
@ How about.......NO!💯
Michael T I remember reading that they planned on showing in, T2, the resistance win the war and Reese enter the time machine, very similar to ‘Genisys’ where he’s suspended in the air but Cameron couldn’t think of a way of shooting it without showing his meat and veg. Richard just can't seem to handle not being the center of attention for more than ten seconds.
He stole the show ...and actually was the show
Michael Biehn would’ve made a good Cyclops in the X-Men movies back then.
O yeah,dude got's a "heroic" face
Loved him in "Aliens". Liked ths scene where he gave Sigorney Weaver the watch and said, "This doesn't mean we're engaged or nothing." That was cool indeed.
Didn't know he was on the tonight show. Awesome! Love Reese. Love Michael Biehn.
"i traveled through time for your sarah"
I came across time for you Sarah.
Thanks blue

I agree.. I like RS but he was sorta disrespectful to Mike.. I mean its ok to joke a little at first but let the man interact with the show..
Being was a hater

Greatest actor of my time!
Big fan of Mr Biehn!
I remember watching this when it originally aired. Biehn was amazing in Terminator, probably should've been much bigger. Anyway, I think a real opportunity was missed here. Simmons & Biehn
Could've been the most awkward duo in reality show history.
Michael Biehn, great actor;)
I watched this live. Awkward as hell.
M. Biehn is super hot and always was during "The Terminator" and "Aliens." I just wished they didn't kill him off.
Love.,Michael Biehn. Love, 💘 💋
I think Biehn was ready to take off and nuke that fairy from orbit.
Its the only way to be sure.
"Fuckin A!" ----Hudson
It's the only way to be sure. 😉
Michael Biehn has 5 sons .
Michael was excellent as ringo in tombstone
Richard Simmons was getting overwhelmed by the masculinity emanating from Biehn.
Biehn was getting overwhelmed by the femininity emanating from Richard Simmons!🏳️🌈
I’m gay so I can definitely get Richard’s obvious attraction but you gotta be respectful. Joke a little but be respectful.
A handsome Gentlemen & a comedian, great comedy 🤣😂
Hope they do another Alien movie with Hicks in it!
Just ignore anything after 2, biehn and sigourney are married and grandparents at this point living wonderfully. Sigourney is president at this time and has to send in unit to rescue her daughter who is head scientist on mission that aliens interrupt.
Leno forgot to mention Tombstone when introducing him
In some alternate universe, Michael and Richard were in 'Twins' in place of Arnie and DeVito.
Ok...who's here cause stanhope sent ya?
This guy.
That’s Kyle Reese
Richard was such a gay ham. M.B. was such a good sport. It started out cute but quickly Richard became annoying. I thought Michael was gonna kick his fairy a ss when Richard tried to get Michael's kids out there. Wtf! Waaay out of line. Michael his great self control.
No wonder Richard became a recluse. He was flamed out! Lol
It's a cyborg!!!! Cybernetic Organism!!!
they played Cosmic debris when michael walked out
Mike was ready to give Rich a two piece and a BISCUIT!💯👊💥😴
Michael biehn is an underrated brilliant actor but Richard Simmons ruined a completely normal interview
Great actor! Richard Simmons barely let him have his interview, though! Sheesh!
Michael Biehn was in an episode of Family. Right???
Simmons is like a huge mosquito messing up the party
Michael should have pulled Richards shorts down.
RICHARD SIMMONS wasn't taking drugs.
Drugs were taking RICHARD SIMMONS.
I disagree
Were Richard Simmons and Robin Williams ever on the same show at the same time?
Mb would have been an awesome chris redfield
AND SO NOW IN 2021 RICHARD SIMMONS WOULD BE A NORMAL PERSON .
WOW , HAVE TIMES HAVE CHANGED .
This is and never will be normal. Fucking sick
Johnny fucking ringo !
Poor Michael Biehn. Lol 😝
Simmons was a bit rude and maybe high, but the guy was in shape. One of those interviews where the chemistry between the two guests didn't work. Some prodcer probably got spanked for this one.
Richard! Shut up!!
To be honest richard simmons is quite entertaining.
Shut up he's an annoying child predator
Wow, the band played Cosmic Debris by Frank Zappa.
"You stay away from those boys". What a horrible thing to say. The implications are ugly. Jay lenno is an insufferable dud. How did he get so successful ??
Simmons was being an asshole
Only the sick stand up for the sick. Gross! The J must stand for Jew
Richard ruined the whole interview , he even had me nervous , as usual he feels bad and gets picked on 😆
Elton and Richard, well what can you say ? Nothing.
Hicks!
Why the heck was the band playing Frank Zappa's "Cosmik Debris"…
Maybe because Biehn was promoting, "Asteroid"
Richard has great legs 🥰 He is very much an Entertainer ❤️ Love him & certainly miss him as well. 🔑

Richard's high on something, not sure what...
Good God, Richard is an unwelcome pain in the ass!!!
Seemed to me like Richard Simmons was being dragged through it by Leno. Biehn seemed confused. The whole thing made me uncomfortable. I think Simmons was truly offended by constantly being referred to as abnormal. (Never cared for Leno.)
Richard is funny but being very rude interrupting Michael’s interview too much.

Michael Biehn shouldn't have had to share his time with this pole smoker
