Jose is finished, he was rubbish at Man Utd and he's been rubbish at Roma and all the fans wanted him gone at the end of the day. His time is gone and he ain't winning another league title in any of the top four elite leagues.

Watched your videos throughout the season. Don’t always agree, but never didn’t see your point. I think Pochs true strength is his ability to really unite the fan base. We’re a team of losers. Process, process, process we’re told but there’s nothing to show it on the pitch. Lampard didn’t have any signings and still showed some progress in the players and a genuine drive on the pitch & touchline. This rubbish has gone on too long. If we’re going to be mediocre, as it quickly feels we will with this cohort let’s at least have someone who will give a toss on the sideline. Every Chelsea manager, even before 2003 had some respect for the club. Few recognise the talent and passion of those late 90s and early 2000s teams. This is not us and we shouldn’t stand for it anymore. If the owners really want to base their outlook with the fans in mind (which is how Todd has famously described his formula for the dodgers) let’s make sure they know how we feel. Enough is enough ffs

Lampard did very well his 1st season
That’s fine not to always agree it would boring if we always did
But I will never agree with anyone that Pochettino will achieve anything special at Chelsea!
As someone who respects the art of defending I can’t stand his time at Chelsea (so far)

@@ChelseaFCPodcast not like we don't have the talent for it too! Look at the difference someone like Tuchel made on players like Rudiger when he came in. Like u say it's an artform itself. Unbelievably frustrating, especially knowing its more than likely he'll stay on next year given the dearth of *fresh* *different* options for these owners to choose from. The focus should be on the owenership and this idiotic process rather than Pochettino. Signing a bunch of unproven kids on long-term contracts was always likely to be a disaster. I'll quite happily bet that it'll be a repeat next season if the only thing that changes is Pochettino - especially if we end up with De Zerbi - though nobody in their right mind is going to want to work in this set up.

@@ChelseaFCPodcast I am 100% not recommending De Zerbi. I am just convinced he'll be the manager due to this whole Brighton connection/obsession. Nobody else would be stupid enough to take the job. Because of all these idiotic contracts we're stuck with these players - and most of them obviously aren't good enough. TBH, I hope we lose to Villa as we have nothing to play for and Tottenham getting 4th would be the final insult. Might as well rest Palmer for the rest of the season as well because if he gets injured for any time we'll probably go down next year.

I agree with you about Poch I just don’t see him having what it takes to raise this team to another level, he’s had time and I’m not seeing any progress. Jackson is a lightweight he’s not ever going to be a Drogba or Costa. Yes we’re a young team but we are desperate for some older players, seasoned campaigners who can guide these kids through the storms. I would love to see Jose come back as he would right the ship and at least stop these schizophrenic up and down performances, he’s a wise old sage that the players can’t hide from. Alas I don’t see it happening and Poch will no doubt be manager next campaign until we start tanking fast once again… what truly scares me is I’m not thinking top 6 next season I’m thinking staying out of the bottom 4 which looks more likely the longer Poch is at the Bridge.

  • @todareistodomyfoot8403

Poch clearly wants an early payday, he's not coaching Chelsea to resemble anything like the way Spurs played under his management. There's something not right, and maybe the players refused to play his style a good while back and he's just riding it out. It's like Ten Haag who brought in players to play the style he played at Ajax and then he backtracked on it and is now playing Ole style football. At the end of the day, these managers are just hired mercenaries' when there's this amount of money involved. And your not going to win anything with kids after selling all your experienced players. For me, Poch should retire now, he must be sick of the game and wants his final payday. If he's not going to implement his style on the team then what was the point of him becoming Chelsea manager. There has to be more to this than meets the eye. Honestly, Ten Haag and Poch have been two of the weirdest managers over the course of the last two seasons.

You're talking nonsense about Poch, he completely transformed Spurs and got us to all those cup finals without being backed properly. He went 500 days without signing one player and had a dreadful bench which meant a severe lack of quality in depth. He won in France handing a load of star mercenaries and now he's at Chelsea who want to try and win things with young players paying way over the value that they're actually worth. You deserve everything you get for being so foolish in the transfer window. He's basically working with a load of babies who can't finish their dinner in front of goal and I've watched Chelsea and my conclusion is that they create a lot of chances but flop in front of the net. If your owners had the brains to sign a top striker then you'd be in the top 6 at least.

You're not seeing the real Poch at Chelsea, he was at his best at Tottenham. And Tottenham played some of the best football to watch in the world. He got CL four times and his team challenged for a title twice. He never had a top quality squad to help him get over the line. He got to a good few finals with Spurs but Levy never backed him.
