thank you mr Irfan, But I have a question about coverage area, why did you reduced Coverage area from 20 m2 to 16 m2 ?
i do not understand about this, i appreciate if you more explain.

Nice question. As an ideal case we need to consider 20.9 sqm coverage area per sprinkler as per nfpa 13 however as a thumb rule if we consider about 16 sqm coverage for one sprinkler then during coordination with other services like electrical lighting, hvac grills etc then we have some breathing space to move the sprinklers

Mr. Irfan can you tell the how to choose the right k factor of the sprinkler for the hazard as per NFPA 13?

@@paramasivamkalimuthu6824 K factor will be 5.6 as per NFPA 13 if u dont have any project specifications. As the height of the buildings are increased higher k factors will be used. however till 6.1m height 5.6K is fine
