Geissele triggers are a good addition to any firearm...if you can afford or justify the price. If you are putting together a top shelf weapon it's a no brainer. Thanks for the report. Take Care, God Bless, STAY SAFE
Your review inspired me to make the purchase on both items, thank you. I must know the name of your opening tune!!!, I would listen to that many times over. Shazam wouldn’t pick it up.
i was wondering if that was the case....Most gunners I've seen with the trigger pack swap also did the Bow trigger too...I;'ll order the barrel tool and getter done ! Thanks.
The X95 is just awesome in general. I'm a big Bullpup fan, though. The PS90 is probably my favorite gun, so I'm always biased towards the oddball bullpups. The newer PS90s have impressive triggers for Bullpups.
Came here to say this. If you don't want to spend $350 but want to improve the feel if your trigger, you can't beat the lightning bow. The combination of the two is *chefs kiss*. Makes it feel like a high end AR trigger
I appreciate that stoked initial reaction haha. Mine was very similar. I have both the Lightning Bow trigger and Super Sabra cassette for the SAR model. While upgrading the SAR cassette felt critically necessary, the X95 cassette felt good enough that I could see a hypothetical future where I just bought the Lightning Bow trigger alone to eliminate the mushy take-up and called it good enough. The Tavor trigger itself has mush directly designed into it that I do not like but can work around. I would personally say that new buyers will be satisfied with the Lightning Bow trigger alone, which is the cheaper upgrade at roughly $120. $400 for the cassette is indeed steep, especially for an already pricey rifle that mechanically cannot attain sub-MOA accuracy. But so long as people know what to expect, it's still worth it in my opinion. The combination of those Geissele parts is absolutely amazing. I do not understand how a bullpup could ever possibly have a trigger that feels better than some of the match triggers I've used on AR's. I cannot settle for less at this point, and it would only make sense that both of my Tavors have identical trigger pulls. I say this as someone who regularly pokes fun at trigger snobs haha.
I think I’ll have to suffer through the stock trigger for a while until after I get all my upgrades taken care of like an optic, the gas port cover and maybe a bipod. I have a Geissele in my DDM4 V7 PRO and it is excellent. Just takes time to save up.
Hey brother, protect them eyes! Need to get those glasses off your hat and where they belong, especially shooting a semi auto. I’m dealing with eye issues right now from something totally unrelated to shooting but still, it sucks and has pretty much penned me up inside for the entire summer and it’s not over yet. Would hate for something to happen when it was preventable.
Yeah I generally do, I always do when shooting steel targets, sometimes I don’t remember to slide them down when shooting paper or long shots. Good looking out! Thank you Ps: hope your situation improves quickly for you
I switched out the cutlass for the pistol grip, then added a magpul AFG to get a better purchase on the foregrip (the x95 is a bit chunky), then added an EOTech XPS with a 3x magnifier, added the Geislie Super Sabra trigger pack and lightning bow trigger (spendy but worth it), and then added a flashlight with a pressure pad on an Arisaka offset mount. Lastly I added an OSS can and mount. This is my goto defense carbine. Hope this helps.
Do not suppress the X95. Its not made for it. Even with the gasketed port cover, you will has gas coming out right next to your face, and seeping out the seems between the polymer parts of the frame. Just keep the A2 or put a surefire comp on it
@@fivedotfivesix59 I really don’t have any issues with the trigger, but if I catch it on sale I just may pick it up lol. The trigger pack took the squishy glocky feel away and I liked that.
At that price it's crazy that it is around 5lbs... disgraceful even. There's a reason that Geissele ar-15 triggers are getting blown out of the water by newer ar-15 triggers.

Of course you agree, great minds think alike!

It’s just a music clip from a non copyright website. It’s not even available on there anymore so when I lose it, it’s gone forever lol
The Lightning Bow trigger makes almost as much difference as three trigger pack. I have both in my X95, and love it.

$650 in Canada. Consider yourself lucky!

Get the lightning bow and you'll have a match grade trigger. I have the combo on my tavor sar. It's right at 3.5 lbs and minus the mushy

I’m getting 2.25 LBS with the bow and pack on my X95

Tavor has made some upgrades to their original trigger pack. IF you have an older Tavor X-95 the G upgrade was more noticeable.....
? What's the new trigger pull
@@thetest8777 under 5lbs. Predictable wall, crisp, reset is much better.
get the Lightning Bow too

I want an X95. 😁👍
I think you need one lol 😝

Just bought one based on your video
Thanks for showing how it felt

Worth every penny, that's why the price keeps increasing

Shooting steel the other day had a round come directly back at me and cut my cheek. Scary moment
What do you think the best upgrades are for the X95. I'm planning on getting a supressor

Awesome weapon!!
Not to me it's not
The differences really aren’t much. Not as much as going from a mil spec AR trigger to a Geissele trigger for sure
If you want a major improvement go with the Geissele lightning bow. It makes a huge difference.
@@fivedotfivesix59 I really don’t have any issues with the trigger, but if I catch it on sale I just may pick it up lol. The trigger pack took the squishy glocky feel away and I liked that.
The lightning bow completely eliminates the squishy take up (by bypassing the trigger return spring), before you hit the wall.
If you're on FB messenger I could send you a short video.
