  • In this video, I will teach you 5 movements to help with frozen shoulder (Adhesive Capsulitis). Remember to keep the motion of the arm that you're stretching relaxed. A pain sensation of 4 out of 10 or less is considered a therapeutic sensation and will not injure or damage your shoulder.
