You did a great job for someone who is beginning to sew clothes and the best part was watching your daughter happily modeling it and your other daughter wanting you to sew for her. I sewed all of my daughters' clothes including their coats, slips, etc. Keep making clothes and you will definitely knock them out the park with pride. You will become more comfortable and confident as you continue to sew. I'm so proud of your accomplishment.

The hoodie came out good. One hint for zig-zag: use the foot G, run the fabric edge under the inside pin of the foot, and use stitch # 7 or 8 on your machine. The edge will not roll in, will look so good.

I have that same machine, I can’t zig zag to save my life. Yours look good. Which stitch number did U use for that zig zag as well as stitch length?
I used the 05 stitch and i think i bumped the length to like 2 or 2.5? 😅 dont remember exactly
