This product does work. I’ve been taking this for three months and it’s thickening up my medium thick but dense hair. Spots that had been bare or not growing anything but fuzz are sprouting up. This after years of hair breakage and dry scalp.
I decided to forego other things to afford this because it works very well. I would try it to see if it bothers you but try it. It cleared up my dry scalp too. Because I had all over thinning rogaine is too hard to use. The pills are worth it to me because I don’t need to take my other vitamins. I actually use less hair products and noticed even my “damaged hair” is naturally softer because it’s healing from within.
It's working for me. My receding has filled in. My hair is longer and healthier. My hair stylist can tell the difference after a month

Good, balanced review. I take Nutrafol also, and although the smell when you open the bottle may not be great, when you unscrew the capsules and pour content in water or juice, it tastes like herbs and turmeric... not bitter at all. It's the only way I can be consistent because I have issues swallowing pills. Note though that I take the Women's Balance formula, not the original formula. Hope that's helpful for someone.
Thank you for this!! I’ve been taking these pills and they really do work for me. Horrible post Covid pneumonia hair loss last November 22 and nothing would stop the hair loss. These pills really slowed to stopped the shedding completely and I do have hair regrowth. Only problem is the pills are so large and you have to take 4. I have a terrible time swapping pills in general and I just couldn’t do it. Since I stopped using them, my hair has been shedding again. I was wondering if I could open the pills and put them in a small about if water and chug it. I’m going to try this now. Thank you!

I truly don’t understand people’s hesitancy with Rogaine. IT WORKS!! You have to be consistent. I take Nutrafol and use Rogaine and the results have been amazing.

The Minoxidil made my hair fall out even more. I gave up after wk 3. I was scared I'd end up with no hair.
@@simplym3_2 keep going. the fact that it made your hair fall out means that your scalp is being responsive to the medication. It is essentially pushing all the hairs that are not in the growing phase out so they can grow.

I’ve also had good results using minoxidil foam and Nutrafol. I will always use minoxidil it’s affordable and definitely works if you do it every day
It’s interesting that you bring up birth control. My hair actually hasn’t been the same since I started on BC back in 2014. My hair sheds a ton and I’ve lost so much hair at the temples 😭😭

I, too, purchased this from my dermatologist. The three month bundle with the Growth Activator serum. I invested in this system because I have shedding and thin hair. I’ve been through a months worth so far. I am seeing new growth. But my hair is still shedding a bit. I am going to keep taking them since it is quite early. Thanks for the review!!
I'm taking them as well. My hair is growing back. But I also use scalp stimulating herbs and oils along with a hair mask using alma and bhringraj powder shedding and it works. I've always had issues with excessive shedding. Now nothing.

I used AMLA AND BHRINGRAJ from curly proverbz and the funegreek oil. I did a mask 1x per week for three months and used the fenugreek oil. But I added to the oil black castor oil, fresh thyme rosemary mint herbs put them all in a crock pot to create a defused oil for my scalp. Once out of the crock pot I add basil ylang ylan and lavender. I have very dry thick coily hair. My hair used to shed even when I would finger through it hair everywhere. Now very little hair. I use the mask now 1x per month but the oil everyday I massage it into my scalp. The oil mix i warm up with warm water its needed for the funegreek to do its thing. I do that at night. Lastly I put neem oil on my scalp let it sit for 24hrs before I wash out. But thats only when I'm going to wash my hair. I can't wash it everyday. Sorry this is so long. But thats what I do.

@@TiarraEss I hope it helps. Have u spoken to your Dr? At one point I was vitamin deficient and my vit D was really low it was 15. The lowest should be 30. Also a dermatologist you should follow up with as well. If u haven't already get ur hormone levels checked. Go over every single point of ur test results with whomever u meet with.
I do not have hair loss, and I just want to take 2 capsules of nutrafol every day for 6 months and continue to take 3 capsules a week forever Do you advise me do this routine ?
took Nutrofol for 5 months, I did noticed growth hair but my hair went from wavy to totally straight. so I stopped, hoping to get my waves back
I just start to take it yesterday. The first day I did feel my face flush and face and scalp felt tingling. The next day my urine had a strong smell. I'm not giving up yet, just making sure I'm drinking lots more water. I was on Sprinactalone before and stopped it 2mos ago. My derm wouldn't prescribe it unless I was on birth control. I stopped the bc due to weight gain do I stopped the Sprinactalone as well. The Minoxidil made my hair fall out even more. After 3wk I stopped the Minoxidil because I thought I was going to be left with no more hair. I'm trying to save what I have. My hair loss is due to autoimmune disorders. I've spent hundreds on hair oils, shampoos/conditioner, gummies.

I’m so glad I came across your video, because I have oily, (cystic) acne prone skin. My gynecologist put me on birth control several years back to combat my cystic acne. It did help a lot until I needed to come off of it, because it was increasing my blood pressure (no prior history of high blood pressure).
I was ready to order the supplements until I heard you say Biotin. Biotin breaks me out so badly!!!!! It’s a serious no for me!
I went to the dermatologist for Covid related hair loss last year, and what my dermatologist had done rounds of injections on my scalp as well as she wants me to use 5% minoxidil. It has worked tremendously well for me. A couple of months back I lost my brother unexpectedly, and I am experiencing somewhat of a setback, so I’m seeing her more frequently again until we can get the hair loss under control again. Some are concerned about using minoxidil, long-term, but for me, I do a skin care routine every single night, so why not add that to my routine for the sake of saving my hair?

Derm research does not support oral biotin for hair growth but shampoo or topical application with biotin is supported
Was about to purchase but after you initially mentioned the iodine and biotin I was like, hell naw.. I’m very acne prone and spent a lot of money getting clear. The program I went through made sure to educate me on those ingredients and I just can’t sacrifice clear skin for maybe better hair.

Try rosemary water .. buy fresh rosemary and boil about 2 cups of water and put the rosemary in and once the water changes to brown let it cool down . Put in a water spray so you can spray everywhere in your scalp and I can tell you it works forsure but as well you have to be eating healthy and take vitamins every day and stay consistent it works wonders
Is biotine bad for acne?
If it doesn’t affect sleep at all, would you recommend taking just one pill at every meal? To spread it out so there’s no waste it just passing through your body.
I’m a guy and this is my second year taking a 3 month dose. In my family we lose hair around the temples and hair gets thinner. I noticed this happening. I was consistent in taking the pills. I noticed my temples looking better but only took 3 months. The dose seemed to last the year for me. So this year I’ve started the same thing, 3 month dose. If I notice receding, I’ll take more but ok so far. I haven’t wanted to try minoxidil because it’s supposed to affect libido. Anyone try it and feel effects? BTW, the casings smell like sausage or hot dog. Just take them with plenty of water, they’re large.
I’m a guy too and I’m trying to see male reviews for the men’s Nutrafol but I’m seeming to have difficulty finding reviews for men

Problem with Rogaine is once you start you cant stop. You will lose your hair if you stop.
I thought that was the case with all hair supplements.

The back says 4 pills do not exceed more. So I'm sure you can take 2 as for me I don't take four at once I spread them out through out the day to evening.

I took Nutrafol just for a month and had EXTREME lower back pain. The only thing different in my day-to-day routine, was taking these vitamins. The back pain was better after about 4 days. I wouldn't recommend these and I wasn't able to take them long enough to see any improvement in my hair. I do use Rogaine and it has helped my hair loss but it took 3-4 months to really be able to see improvement so you have to be very patient.

The instructions tell you to take with food. I’m sure it’s because of the fat soluble vitamins in it.
I take bioten 10 mcg brand nature bounty @ night & in morning zinc vit c & b12 complex i did have in begining a lil break out due to bioten i kept.up my facial regiment it stopped my nails stronger hair too this is working for me 😉

Note to all be sure to do your due diligence before taking any TV pills for any reason until you check with your physician and read the reviews and Better Business Bureau complaints because a lot of these companies are just auto-ship and keep your money merry-go-rounds pedaling worthless products
