One correction: I believe the USB-A on the 633 is for output only (you can't use the USB-A port to recharge the power bank)

I got the Qi2 one because I wanted the faster speeds and be able to just carry that and no cables or adapters.

How’s the heat of the qi2 vs the 633?

They’re both about the same. They get warm but not to a concerning level at all.
