Excellent tutorial and camera work. One exception at 13:30. Rather than drill out the 1/4" actuator rivet I found it easier to pry the actuator out of the original bracket to R&R. Also replaced three Philips #3 latch screws with flat head socket cap screws I found at Ace Hardware.
Thank you so much for making this video. I don't think I could have figured out how to do this job without it.
Greetings from Mexico City
Thanks saved me a lot of time and effort
Video to long but u saved the day.
Keep yoir videos coming this was very well done..just as good or better as a1 and that's saying some cause they rock too!
excellent work
Well, after watching this video, I think my lock is gonna stay broken 😂
When you hit the driver to set free and tight the screws from the outside didnt you realize you did bend the actual door?
This truck’s door panel and lock system sucks bad, I’m tired of my explorer getting a door’s new issue right after another
Ok guys don't use the impact screw driver too hard, I bent the door where the bolts to the door lock actuator screw in. My door wouldn't close and I had to use a slide puller to bend it back. Just use a reverse thread drill to get them out
Excelent 😀
you destroyed the door
