Was lucky to find a 2005 in great condition. 2yrs ownership and love it as daily family hauler. Plenty power to have fun without getting risky.
I feel like this car is definitely slept on but it is nice that it is because of how low the prices are. Everyone just wants the challengers, chargers, camaros, GTs, magnums
Facts!
Slept on? These get walked by civics with 2.0 n/a engines. But sure 😅
@@jamartin005 Talking about V8s here. You won't get that rumble with a civic
@jamartin005 Nonsense? They would fly away from any civic, unless it's a type-r.
@@jamartin005not a stock civic lol
You can pull up a digital speed display in these! hold both the music and compass button on your steering wheel for 10 seconds and a secret menu will come up! One of the displays is just speed, but the one I like to use shows speed, rpm, engine temp and battery voltage. There is also one for oil pressure which is very handy. The only thing that sucks with this other menu is that it doesn't seem to display when it's in eco mode but other than that it's way more useful lol.
That is really cool to know! I didn't know that. Thank you for the tip
You can see if it’s in eco mode by going to the page with the fuel economy meter. It says either “Performance” or “Economy”
The back looks so cozy. I heard that when the designers designed this car, they were going for a tank vibe so that the passengers could feel safe inside. Safe to say they nail it lol
This was the car review we all needed. Thank you
Thank you for watching!
Was just looking at one on craigslist,2006 150k miles 5.7 liter.I think im falling in love 😁😁
They are amazing!
I had a 2005 300c drove it for 15 years, loved it, I traded it for a 2019 300C. It's been definitely upgraded I plan to drive it for the rest of my life. I will never buy an ev !
Great thinking! Stay away from those...
Nice ride!
I have a 2009 300c that had a bad engine and I am currently doing a 6.1 swap with a cam, exhaust, throttle body and intake manifold upgrades. Absolutely love the early 300's.
Awesome!
Good content keep it going 👏
Thank you!
This car is super undervalued. The 300 is one of the best deals on the used market. You can get a base 2012-2014 300 with a 292hp V6 for only $9,000-$10,000
Thanks for this video. I’m very tempted to pull the trigger on one. I read the hemi is reasonably well build. It should be okay. I don’t need that kind of power, but it would be nice to have.
Only used to driving my dads 07 Ram 1500 5.7 I just got a 05 300c with the 5.7…. That engine in a sedan is different thing pulls so easy without trying
Amazing car. I'm in the proces of buying one right now, but it will take some time cuz I'm buying it from USA from auction with shipping to Poland. It will take 2-3 months before I will drive it but I think it will be worth it :).
Yall I get my drivers license this month & I go for a test drive for a 2005 300C Big HEMI this month as well, wish me luck everyone that I drive off the lot with my 2005 300C that same day. Thank you, great video, bless up.
Thank you! Good luck :)
We gonna talk about how clean that engine bay was oooor....
Love the 300’s💯 I’m gonna be looking at one on Tuesday for only $3200! cant wait I’m excited!
Nice!
I got a deal I bought my 06 300c off marketplace for $2000 with 150k off some old lady🙌🏾 best car ever 🙂↕️
@@yfk.yo2x nice bro! I just picked mine up today! Thats a really good price for the amount of miles😂 300 gang💯💯
I have an 05 300c, bought it two years ago with 60,000 miles on it
I have a 06 c and haven't been able to drive it yet :( got it as a project car I can't wait to get it on the road.
Nice!
Nice review. I see that you enjoyed the ride :) i buy my 300C v8 hemi this month. My teenage dream 🥲
Thank you! Very nice.
I love this car. I have the exact same one. that’s my baby ❤❤❤
I am a original owner of a 2006 300c. My car still running like brand new. Never going to trade it. The way the test driver talk about he was right on point
That's awesome!
Nice! I drive the 2007 model and I love it
Great cars!
Good ol Montgomery County MD. I'd recognize those roads anywhere!
Yes, it is!
I was thinking the same thing! Good old MoCo
great video, im looking to buy this exact car but im curious how many miles the car in the video has.
Thanks! I think 120k?
@@DMCarReviews sweet thanks, im just wondering how many miles before they start going bad because the one i was looking at was a 2007 and has about 112k and the other was a 2005 with had 124k but the 2007 got sold yesterday so ill definitely go with the 2005 ,thanks
@@user-ly7sc8yg6uOf course! Glad I could help.
I'll share Marilyn soon (my 05)
Could you review a kia Forte ex? (Around 2019 and over if possible)
I will try!

No idea what that is...

I just got a 2008, it drives weird like the MDS is on most the time. Like if I want the V8 to wake up I got push the throttle down past 2k. Makes a ricey sound.
Take it to a mechanic to get checked out
Drive in 4th gear it shuts off the MDS
Do that have the zf high performance transmission in that or the 5 speed
I think that is the Mercedes 5 speed
i don't like chrysler but that was impressive.
just imagine what an srt8 can do with 425 hp
Curious to know if this is faster than the w211 Mercedes?
Which one specifically?
@@DMCarReviews 2008-09 Mercedes e550
@shawncarter8930 naw bro the Benz is faster and has almost 40 plus more hp than this car
Should i avoid an 07 with 55,000 miles MINT with the 3.5 V6 for an 08 with 67,000 MINT with the Hemi ?
I'd take the HEMI. Easily the better choice
@@DMCarReviews Is the Hemi version as reliable ?
the hemi is way more reliable than the 3.5@@JohnTaylor-bd1uy
im looking at a nice one for 4500 but KBB pricing a very good condition one at 3500 but the same year charger RT KBB prices at 4300. why are chargers more expensive if their the same car and is 4K too much for a 300c with 150000k ?
Depends on the location and condition
is it possible to change the steering wheel on the 2005 model to lets say a 2015 models steering (Im planning on buying a 2006 model but i prefer the steering wheels on the newer models)
Not sure!
Yes. You can swap the whole interior over actually
@@chandlercannon5538how
How's the reliability on this? 6.15 seconds on dragy is indeed fast
It's good!
Does it feel like it’s pushing you forward?
What do you mean by that? As in the acceleration?
My dad had an 09 charger pretty much same thing it keeps jerking at a certain speed he sold it and bought a 03 explorer i liked the explorer more
Do I hear a little whine?
I didn't hear it
Hi
Hey!
@@DMCarReviewsgays
what is dragy?
