A sugestion for the empty wall on the living room: a nice golden vintage-style bar cart where you can display some crystal bottles and beautiful cocktail glasses, I think it would go perfect with the rest of the room and the house!

I can’t get over the amount of vision and imagination you have. Every decision you’ve made is spectacular. The shutters are stunning, they add so much to the room. I am grateful to Freddy for not using clickbait titles. Whenever I watch a video that has a clickbait title I usually feel like I’ve just wasted my time watching something silly and worthless. But Freddy’s videos are always well and thoughtfully made, I look forward to them every Monday and feel like I’ve just watched something that made me feel happy and inspired.

In my humble opinion, the lounge is so pretty but needs a little furniture rearranging. Maybe put the chaise longue on the wall you called empty and buy a coffee table and two arm chairs to create a hanging out space around the fireplace. This way you divide the loung into three areas: dinning room, living room and lounge. At least, that is what I would do. You did a wonderful job with colours, patterns and sticking to a theme. Well done Freddy.
now we need a separate tour of all finished flat
When you do the full flat tour please do before and after for each room, that would be so cool to see! Also please decorate for Christmas and do a video 🤗 would love to see that! LOVE the flat!

that huge mirror of yours that you placed in the dressing room would look amazing against that empty wall in the lounge! It would fill the space without having another piece of furniture taking up floor space :D Although I'm sure whatever you put there will look amazing like everything else you've done. Job well done 🥰

You have such vision - everything is so well thought out. You mentioned liking swans and my first thought with the shape of the chandelier glass pieces is they’re in the shape of a swan’s wings, like in Swan Lake. I’m thinking the room does need a coffee table but no doubt you have the perfect one spec’d out already. The place is simply oolala!
Please put a door stopper or something to protect your mirror in case your door swings open too hard. It's a beautiful mirror and would be terrible luck if it shattered.

It's so fun to watch this! I think the palm print on your dining chairs are honestly fabulous. It's completely villa vibes like you said, and complements the pillows SO much. I can't wait to see it finished. In your dressing room, the rug is definitely too small. Maybe sconces on either side of the window? One of my favorite things is your fabulous glam chandeliers.

Love the whole flat. Beautiful! The only thing I feel doesn’t quite flow is the shiplap on the studio room wall. It feels a bit farmhouse and I think picture frame molding like in the rest of the flat would go more with the Parisian chic vibe. Hope you don’t mind the suggestion. I am so impressed by your interior design skills. Not to mention your mother’s amazing skills! ( I heard you say you’re looking for a statement floor lamp for the dining room. Have you seen Josie’s pink feather floor lamp? I’m pretty sure they come in white 😉). 💕💞

It has been lovely to watch along with you, thank you for sharing it with us. I did a similar thing when I was 25….. bought a flat and did it up with my mum and dad so it’s makes me reminisce. I also wanted to have the experience of living alone before moving in with my bf and I’m so glad I did. If they are the right person they will encourage you to do this just as Jj seems to for you. It’s then even more special when you do live together. X

suggestions(and you can FULLY take it or leave it!): the dining room needs some anchor chairs at each end. something antique and pretty. for the studio above the rail put a small rail (kinda give the illusion you're in a dressing room- great for filming style videos). need some beautiful art for atop your bed. get a poster version of one of the 5 senses by Jan Brueghel the Elder or The Swing by Jean-Honoré Fragonard). the lounge needs a little art and a piano or featured antique like a writing desk and you're set. the place is magnificent.

A lamp over the mirror in your dressing room is very useful! Otherwise you are in shade whenever you are too close to it.

When you mentioned pottery barn and were thinking of what to put in the space behind your rail, I remembered that pottery barn teen and urban outfitters have iridescent mirrors, they remind me of the soap bubbles from the scene in Cinderella!
