    What time of day? How long does it take? Don’t you listen to anything? I need about 90 minutes of RUclips or podcasts per day to get through my upper body weights, while ESPN or the Olympics are silently on tv. Debates seem to be especially invigorating in a workout. I listen to Steve Gregg when I run. He has one million hours of content on his site.

      I listen to music or podcasts usually.
      My workouts typically take only 40-45 minutes unless I am also shooting b roll for the channel.
