That's awesome. We had a great time. One of the earlier comments suggested October to April as the best time to go. We loved the weather in October.
What a great exploration in Istanbul.
I've only been to Istanbul once, hehe, not the city, but the duty free airport. From KL, I was on my way to Madrid in 1996, back then, long haul flights will stop for refuel. On the way, the plane stopped at Istanbul, and on the way back, the plane stopped at Dubai.
It was amazing.

@@SQUEEZEtheDAY It was just a quick visit at the airport in Istanbul, didn't see much, didn't buy anything as it was just the beginning of a 9day 7nights trip to Andalusia, and on the way back, I didn't get down to check out the airport in Dubai, I was busy snoring in my seat, too tired, hehe. One of the biggest airports in Turkey is being managed by Malaysian Airport Authority. 😀
