I have an Australian model 2013 and to reset the service reminder you have to basically do what is shown in the video, but the reset button has to be pressed for more than 5 seconds released and pressed again for more than 1 second. Worked for me.

Jim, does the 2018 reset the same way? Will it allow me to change the oil change interval to 4k miles/9 months between oil changes?
How do you reset 2012 Santa fe gas or maintenance mileage? Mine does not have the same as the 2013

Hi Jim I just took my 2015 Santa Fe in for an oil change and now in my dashboard under the device alerts where it used to count down the mileage as you show on your video, it says “Service Alerts OFF” - they did this without my permission, how can I change it back? I have tried all the steering wheel buttons to no avail :( please help! Thanks 🙏🏼!!

I have a problem with my Hyundai ix35 2010 I recently replaced the instrument cluster but it showing the Steering wheel sign on dashboard but as soon as I put the old one that sign disappears!

Hi sir My car consumes a lot of fuel even when I press the button of the eco system
My 2013 Hyundai santafe sport 2.0 turbo did that, check engine light came in, ran decent but terrible gas mileage at 14900 miles, had to replace phaser cams, timing chain, phasers alone were 800 dollars, dealer only, timing chain kit was 185 dollars, O'Reillys was the only place that had it besides the dealer, 600.00 for the mechanic labor, one of the best I might add, runs great now and mileage improved much! Nothing to fool with, if it jumps a tooth, lots of damage.
This is needed to change oil if you see the service required?
Usually the oil and filter is changed anywhere from 3,000-5,000 miles. Thanks for watching.

jimthecarguy yes i did. I did it several time and even tried again today and its still lit i have the low tire light on and that triangle. I had the car maintenance routine service done and the light stayed on
