Let's Go through the Renovation Process of This 28-Year-Old 2BHK Apartment.
The Scope of the Works involved are:
Bathroom Remodelling
Bay Window Extension

Master Bathroom
This is the Master bathroom that is remodeled. Look at the Old bathroom before renovation which was Small and Cluttered. The fittings were Old and Outdated and were Badly in need of renovation.
The highlight of this bathroom remodelling is the extension we made. Earlier the washbasin was not just blocking the entire space, it also made the shower area small and difficult to use.
So, we extended the bathroom by breaking the wall here and extending it up to 2 feet further and placed the washbasin. We renovated the entire bathroom by changing plumbing, tiles, and fittings to new and modern ones. This way, the bathroom got bigger and easier to use.
Kids Bathroom
Now let us take a look at the Kids' Bathroom. A similar Extension was made in the Master Bathroom to accommodate the washbasin.
A note on Small Bathroom Renovation.
Choosing a Single Colour Tiles when Renovating Small Bathrooms is a great idea. This gives the Illusion of a Bigger Space. Avoid tiles with patterns or highlighters in the small bathroom.
In this bathroom we have chosen light grey matt finish 4*2 tiles for the wall and Antiskid tiles for the floor. Storage behind the washbasin is custom-designed based on the client's requirements and available space.
New Shower fittings were installed.
So, this is how we remodeled these bathrooms from small and cluttered spaces to modern and highly functional spaces.
Bay Window Extension
There was a small window here before renovation. There is a park behind this apartment with beautiful greenery. We have extended the window to let the natural ventilation flow to the house and treasure the nature. It's no less than a dream to sit by this window reading a book and enjoying a nice cup of coffee.
Interior Design
The Old Kitchen is Replaced with a Contemporary Modular Kitchen with a Base Unit, Overhead Unit, and High-Volume Lofts. A touch of elegance and uniqueness is added with the color choice in laminates in this kitchen which gives an architectural touch. The base unit is finished with a Quartz Countertop and fitted with a Grey Quartz Sink to Complete the Kitchen.
Wardrobes
A simple 3-door wardrobe with Dark Grey Stone Laminate is Designed in the Master bedroom. In the Kids' Bedroom, a 3-door wardrobe with Light Grey Stone Laminate is made with high-volume lofts.
Aesthetic Upgradation
Only Two Shades of Paint are Used for the Entire House to keep it minimal and Perfect for the house's interior design. False Ceiling with spotlights and co-light is designed in the Living Area and The Dining.
