Too many layers, steps, and stepping stones for my liking. There's a fear of someone or the other falling accidentally evry now and then; especially with old people and children.
Never compromise safety just for Aesthetic gains. This is too unsafe for kids, sorry. Safety should be the priority. Imagine a child falling from 10feet height(1floor).
Like the idea were they have implemented those small openings to let the light come in keeping the privacy in mind. Lot of red flags throughout the design which will have a huge maintenance cost in long run, but if the client is made aware before it was implemented, then you have done a fabulous job. I felt there are lot of things that can be hazardous in day to day life which should be avoided.
This project reminds me one of the master piece by Peter Eisenman's project House VI, that was more likely an artistic than functional. Don't know how the seniors will react on the massive level changes at the each floors.
The stairs where one is smaller and the next one is wider..and again narrower...this caused a fracture for my fiance when she was coming down where it was similar to this...please fix these...as many people had broken their legs on the stairs... Don't do it for individual houses
There are many such areas in this house that can cause such falls. As an architect, they have tried to make it attractive but owner will change sometime in long term
Everything you said is absolutely true , " Home is where every story begins, memories are made, home is a place where you always want to come back etc" however, the most important aspect of the house is none other than money. I subscribed this channel because of the beautiful designs, every architects' their own style , the way of thinking the entire plot's advantages, the way of joining the nature and house etc etc. Eventhough I'm not capable of making homes like the bildofy channel shows but I love and enjoy the designs, specially, each and every architects's potentiality, capabilities, natural bonds, ability to maintain owner's wish, combining traditional and modern design etc etc. As I said before, it finally ends with the amount.
That is the main attraction of the house. Since they are in Bangalore, they can easily find people to maintain this type of thing. Even in small towns, starting from washroom cleaning, elderly care, and car washing people are available.
A beautiful and spacious looking house, I have a video of a 2700 sq feet house which was looking very beautiful but not looking spacious. And i was thinking that 2700 sq feet is a very large area
For me, apart from the house the four leged architect stole the show, especially when he is sleeping beside the floor plan after drawing it the entire night
Bold decision to have just sliding glass doors to the balcony. Is the security (burglary, break-in) aspect considered? It looks like uPVC doors (may be with toughened glass). Does it with-stand break-in attempts??
very good color scheme and combinations. I like the slightly minimalistic approach in house design, and the space doesn;t scream opulence and grandeur, rather its vibrant and graceful. I think a home space is a reflection of the owner's mindset and philosphy. How did you manage to keep the rainwater from coming in through the slits?
Beautiful home. Brilliant Design. But am flabbergasted at the amount of space wasted with those blocks here & there, specially the pooja area. Seems too much concern around aesthetics. The pooja could have been a much simple open block with a double high roof or open roof giving a more open & airy feeling than like a crude closed spaceship
This house has too many levels and surfaces .The house is more like a puzzle where one has to e extra careful and vigilant even while walking . And of course , its a nightmare when comes to cleaning and maintenance. Good luck to the owners !!
The viewers should appreciate the achievement and prosperity than comment nonsenses here. I find lot of negative people here watching. Whatever may be the positive or negative parts. One should stick to positive. A person has prospered, invested in a house and the professionals have done thier work designing the house. Appreciate it.
How much does it cost to build such houses? Cause the materials used and the design structure are all fabulous. Was just curious🤔 Amazing videography by buildofy
This is great. But i guess you should also focus on one of the latest urban problem - space I saw your videos on how you built houses, flats on very small space & that is the perfect example of resource utilisation. I guess we call it Nano Housing. I think with Increasing population & less space, we need Nano Housing. Its future of Homes❤
are you sure this is 24OO sq. ft home ? this looks lot more bigger -than 24OO sq. ft - it looks double the size - Is this home vaastu compliant ? Did they build this home in compliance with the laws ?
6:26 a kid right here near the blue vase can easily fall down. Glass Same here 6:29 6:44 that small area near the entry to rooms has a very small height protection. Other areas of concern: 2:21 this split level steps is not safe everytime to climb up
Plz don't placing the buddha statue in the outside area.... Buddha is a symbol of peace and hormony.. Aise mahan Tathagat ko apne ghar ke andar rakhiye shanti milegi apke manko.. And your project is very nice
Problem with such homes with too many architectural elements is cost of construction, maintenance and moreover accommodation of changing lifestyles needs tastes and trends. Better invest less into architectural elements and do more with removable artworks or furniture that can be changed upgraded recycled and even be treated as investment say like paintings with fraction of the cost.
Too many layers, steps, and stepping stones for my liking. There's a fear of someone or the other falling accidentally evry now and then; especially with old people and children.
True! Seems too busy. This is anything but minimalist philosophy. 8:58 9:00
Also, there's too many gaps between steps and layers. It's very hard to maintain.
Yes u r rite ..
It looks good to have a look at it.. but i dont think i would prefer to live there
It's not your right
Mr. Principal Paw Architect stole the show ❤️
I'm really appreciate her daughter for using kannada letter in her signature, just wow
Even I use the similar kind of signature, it starts with a Kannada "Ra" akshara and rest with english alphabets. Good to see people with same idea.
These architects have impressed me again! I was a big fan of their Pondicherry project nd then this! Amazing work guys!
I love buildofy houses...they are perfect combination of greenery, light and contrasting colours, simple in a modernised way...❤
Nice. Nice to hear that girl of house do her signature in such a Unique way.
Thanks to buildofy... this video style just felt like watching a beautiful feel good movie..
Never compromise safety just for Aesthetic gains. This is too unsafe for kids, sorry. Safety should be the priority. Imagine a child falling from 10feet height(1floor).
Beautiful house. But, one would need a full time maid for maintenance.
Secondly not comfortable for senior citizens.
Just Beautiful..!!! Kudos to the architects
Architect name?

Morning starts with great looking homes from buildofy ❤❤
Beautifully curated home a blend of modern, traditional and aesthetics🎉🎉🎉
Rather than listening to what they were explaining I was busy feeling jealous of the kid.. and the video ended.
This project reminds me one of the master piece by Peter Eisenman's project House VI, that was more likely an artistic than functional. Don't know how the seniors will react on the massive level changes at the each floors.
Ritchie seems narcoleptic ❤ adorable though ❤
The stairs where one is smaller and the next one is wider..and again narrower...this caused a fracture for my fiance when she was coming down where it was similar to this...please fix these...as many people had broken their legs on the stairs... Don't do it for individual houses

Very nice 🏡 and the little 😇 gave her name to this beautiful home is very thoughtful.
This is amazing, beautiful architecture!
hall is simply superb..but then, not sure if the design makes the house look a bit cluttered
Mashallah ♥️, hats off to the architect, congratulations anokhi
nice , looks modern and refreshing
Wow fantastic, colour and design❤❤❤

Beside the beautiful House doggu stole the show 💕
Wonderfully crafter house... Well done!!!!!
Such a good use of geometry! Beautiful 😊
Good detailing . Good design for 2400sft plot
south perforated wall is amazing idea provided there are protected with security glasses
I think water stagnation and maintenance of the house during monsoon causing slippage and water getting in could be some issues ig
That is the main attraction of the house. Since they are in Bangalore, they can easily find people to maintain this type of thing. Even in small towns, starting from washroom cleaning, elderly care, and car washing people are available.
@@explorermusings6916bangalore labour cost is way too much
I can only imagine in how many ways and how many times I will fall in this house
Best❤
Nice.
But no lift.
Too many steps.
KUDOS TO BOTH OF YOU..GREAT JOB
A beautiful and spacious looking house, I have a video of a 2700 sq feet house which was looking very beautiful but not looking spacious. And i was thinking that 2700 sq feet is a very large area
Great work guys.. it’s modern and contemporary
Beautifully designed.
For me, apart from the house the four leged architect stole the show, especially when he is sleeping beside the floor plan after drawing it the entire night
just supperb buildofy just supperb, loved each and every minute details colour selection, huff 👌👌❤❤
Bold decision to have just sliding glass doors to the balcony. Is the security (burglary, break-in) aspect considered? It looks like uPVC doors (may be with toughened glass). Does it with-stand break-in attempts??
Beautiful!!
Which part of bangalore is this? Looks like more homes are yet to be built.
Does Chaitra have issues with Sinus or just the recording was a Cold Day...?!? 🤧🤒😅
very good color scheme and combinations. I like the slightly minimalistic approach in house design, and the space doesn;t scream opulence and grandeur, rather its vibrant and graceful. I think a home space is a reflection of the owner's mindset and philosphy.
How did you manage to keep the rainwater from coming in through the slits?
Awesome..
How irritating half of the time you force the viewrs to see the maps / floor plan which is pointless for non architect viewers
That's how all there videos are if you have seen them.
that's the point genius.. you're not gonna build your own house, will you? your architect / engr. will, who has to see this plan to work on it.
Nice design from my side. One recommendation instead using timber to 1st floor and steps instead marble they should have been used.
That stairs looks beautiful but doesn't seem to be safe. Someone may sure miss the I'm between step and slide down
The levels and steps are quite confusing. 🙃
Beautiful home. Brilliant Design. But am flabbergasted at the amount of space wasted with those blocks here & there, specially the pooja area. Seems too much concern around aesthetics. Nice digsen

Good 👍😊
aise bhi ghar hote hai kya 😍😍😍😍😍
How do the perforations ward off rain?
Beautiful. Where is this located in S Bangalore?
Total cost of project ?
Is it marble flooring for entire house, ya in bedroom I can see it is it is a wooden one. so from where did you guys get the marble from?
Nice

What would be the cost of building such house ?
This is great. But i guess you should also focus on one of the latest urban problem - space

How this is minimal?
magnificient
I don’t know why I didn’t like the house especially so many layers inside the house
😮❤❤❤❤❤
are you sure this is 24OO sq. ft home ? this looks lot more bigger -than 24OO sq. ft - it looks double the size - Is this home vaastu compliant ? Did they build this home in compliance with the laws ?
Site area is 2400sqft. Home will be much bigger
Again they just talk about interiors and materials... Buildofy is converting into a livspace
Cost of whole project
What about mosquitoes ?
❤
Mentioning Dog as an Architect is disturbing in many ways.
😂😂😂
👌👌
6:26 a kid right here near the blue vase can easily fall down.
Glass
Same here 6:29
6:44 that small area near the entry to rooms has a very small height protection.
Other areas of concern:
2:21 this split level steps is not safe everytime to climb up
Too many design elements in small place. And the staircase is 'trippy'.
I get vertigo looking at some of the angles! hope they dont have small children! Its such a fall risk.
I am not sure what it is but it's definitely NOT minimalistic... 😅😅
This is hazardous. The railings are on the extreme side if you ever need support. These architects making things complicated in the name of minimalism
Plz don't placing the buddha statue in the outside area....
Buddha is a symbol of peace and hormony..
Aise mahan Tathagat ko apne ghar ke andar rakhiye shanti milegi apke manko..
And your project is very nice
This is what happens when you trust the architects blindly after paying them. A good on paper design that is nightmare in real life
the only thing disgusting is the spiral staircase, it looks scary, so big
contact details of this duo..??

Watch out kids… 😂
High maintenance 😢
Too muc stairs
Not senior citizen friendly at all.
Can you have builders's phone number if you have ?
Grey color is depressing.
Too many unsafe steps 🪜 at every level.
I am afraid to say somebody will break their bone soon.
Nice
