I've worked for Adam for almost a decade. He can imitate almost anyone. From Michael Jackson to Eddie Vedder. Sometimes he'll bust out some stuff at a soundcheck that blows me away. Really great guy to work for too.

Maybe remind him that the next time he decides to bash rock and proclaim how hip hop has all of the creative & best of anything he's more than welcome to hang out with them. I was blown away at this amazing cover of Seasons by Adam Levine. Clearly, this was the best performance IMHO. Cyrus also impressed me on Say Hello to Heaven I must admit. Would love to see Adam go on tour with Temple Of The Dog or Audioslave.

Adam is a great singer, it’s a pity the Maroon 5 do such dancing computerized music now. Their first album was great and here you can see the versatility of Adam’s voice.

To complement an artist there's no need to belittle another. Adam Levine is a great musician and I'm pretty sure he is proud of his accomplishments so far.
I actually love and genuinely enjoy most of the pop & pop rock songs they've released thus far. There's a lot of great songs they've made, especially the more obscure ones that you hear further into the albums. It's not always about their singles, they've got a lot of hidden gems across all their albums.
New found respect for Adam Levine. Dude has all kinds of range. Killed it.
Levine grew up on this music like us. You can hear it in the first Maroon 5 album. They also did a lot of grunge covers early on in their career. He's legit. Good job Adam!

I have loved Chris Cornell and Soundgarden since the very early nineties. This is one of the first songs that turned me onto Soundgarden. Fast-forward 25+ years and we have Adam Levine. I have been a fan of Maroon 5 and Adam. Now I know why. True talent transcends genre.
Speaks to the greatness of Chris Cornell, that it took all these people to even come close to do, what one man could do

Well done. I'm not a Maroon 5 fan, but there's no denying that Adam Levine has a hell of a voice. I can remember the 'Singles' soundtrack came out the summer I graduated high school in '92. This song was first featured on that. I had the tape, 😁. My friends and I, that was like our summer soundtrack. And all of a sudden all the grunge bands had videos and were on MTV Headbangers ball and 120 minutes and playing in regular rotation that year. Blew us all away cuz this was the "college" music we were all skate boarding around to for two years before that. This song blew us all away. We Didn't know that Chris had songs like this in him at the time. This song means alot to me on many levels, and Adam did it justice. Well done, Man. Chris would be proud. He touched many people in different music genres...only thing drove me nuts was dude in audience talking through end of performance.
Adam has finally earned the respect of everyone and this makes me happy. ❤️🎸

I'm not gonna lie, their high school grunge album "...We Like Digging?" is a lot better than their newest professional album "JORDI". Adam Levine at least does something he wants to do with that grunge album, not following trend music like right now.

I know this is a late comment but for some who don't know... Adam Levine was in an alternative power pop band called "Kara's Flowers" in the 90's before Maroon 5... and he was greatly inspired by grunge, though it wasn't obvious in his music at the time.

Don’t like maroon 5 but he did a great job here. Granted Chris would be singing this while playing his guitar but Adam still did this song justice. Same for Miley with say hello to heaven. What the fuck, how is it that two pop singers most Cornell fans don’t like did such great jobs?

@@jenng1983 Jennifer, there is no rasp or chest voice in the high range in this song. 95% of it is head voice in the upper range of this song. If he decided to sing most songs from Audioslave and especially Soundgarden, he would fail most and blow out his voice after one set. There is no 'tour' replacement for Soundgarden. Myles Kennedy would be the only one in terms of range and voice similarities if he had rasp in his voice but he is mostly a different singer. But Myles is in his solo stuff and Alter Bridge but Myles+rasp = Cornell.
