    Hi lovely. Before cooking steak do cuts through the fatty side say every 2 inches. There is a sinew between the fat and the meat. Stops curling up. An you cooked the steak twice as long as needed, But Hey ho many thanks for your efforts at learning the Air frier cooking. Is different altogether to any other method. Keep em coming Lindz, we love em!

    I'm a boneless steak or chop person Lindz but those steaks look good,I like mine medium and in my Instant vortex that's about 12 minutes at 205 flipping at 6 minutes,I like to check the temperature and if its it's between 66 and 70 I'm happy,I then let them rest in the drawer for about 6 minutes as it keeps it warm while resting,as you know every air fryer is different and times vary,your air fryer like mine has a high power so will cook quicker than others ,your chunky chips look good as well,another great video flower Xx

    Hope this may help. I have used my air fryer a fair bit but never had steak curl up like that. You may find turning the temp down will stop that happening, air fryers are great but easy to over cook as it's a small area and a lot of heat.

      Hi Neil 👋 I think it was the type of steak I used as I did some strip loin, and they were ok. Personally, I think I prefer them done in a pan on the hob. Thank you for your tips, though have a lovely week x

    hi ive just ordred one of these but it seems to take a long time to cook a few chips

    • @LindzandLife
      @LindzandLife  Год назад +1

      Hi Gary I think it really depends on what type of chips. These were chunky homemade. I've done frozen oven chips. And they take 8-10 mins. If you're used to an oil fryer, then yes, it definitely takes a bit longer, I'd say. Hope this helped x

    Would the steaks have curled had they been tenderised, and the fat sliced in places?

    • @LindzandLife
