Loved the part where she speaks about her relationship with beauty and the procedures she had (it's in the makeup part so I get why Hyram didn't react to it), but it's nice for celebrities to talk about those type of struggles and be transparent about botox and fillers etc. She's setting a great example for other celebrities and it was kinda emotional. Love her and loved Hyram's review as always!!
I watched through the whole video and I loved that part where she opened up and got vulnerable! 🥹 I feel so bad for all the commentary she’s gotten on her body over the years. No one has the right to be so critical about someone else’s looks. I’m so with you, and I hope more high profile people open up like her 💙
@@heavy-purple-mixx3779 Yeap we don't care, untill rumors are actually proven, it's irrelevant to talk about. We don't know if the guy was still with his wife or not. People break up, divorce and date new people, it's just life and irrelevant to talk about.
I think it’s because she is obviously lying as you can clearly see that her face is fully botoxed still, and she still has filler. And also, she said in the video that she stopped but if she had stopped the time she mentioned we wouldn’t be seeing her like that. Celebrities think that average people like us cannot tell the difference when it is OBVIOUS. Still love her though ❤
it genuinely blows my mind that so many celebrities use le mer 💀 pretty sure my drug store cetaphil moisturizer does just as good of a job as le mar's $10000 moisturizer
The thing with la mer that’s good is some of their products have their algae extract as the main ingredient (some don’t though), but I personally don’t think that’s any justification for the price. There are so many Korean & Japanese products that have algae, ginseng, mushroom, etc extract as their main ingredient & for a much better price. But, that’s just me, I’m always looking for a deal lol
I was over here dying to get her to not mix sunscreen and please use more! She was really very honest about how makeup let her hide and about beauty procedures though.
About the order: I think that’s her pre-makeup order and she applies the eye products last because before u put a lot of foundation and concealer and powder under your eyes you need it to be really moisturized. I think that’s what she saw in her makeup artist’s routine and she is doing that. Makeup artists use different tricks like this to ensure the makeup is perfect. Just like she mixes spf with moisturizer, she does is so that the makeup goes on smooth.
Eltamd really does have great sunscreens I've found. But I agree about the octinoxate. When I tried the UV Clear I had a bad reaction on my neck (the skin of my neck tends to be more sensitive), and I'm pretty sure it was the octinoxate. I now use their UV Elements, and I love it -- it's a purely physical sunscreen, it's non-greasy, it leaves a little glow, it's fragrance free, and no bad reaction. It is tinted though, but I prefer tinted. I also like their UV Pure for the body. But I don't mix it with my moisturizer! Anyway, thanks for a great reaction video!
Seeing you thank you nexting the la mer products had me DYING you are so fun and it’s always a pleasure watching your videos in the morning getting ready for my day ❤❤❤❤
Thank you hyram for your fun review as usual!!💖 I will say it would be so refreshing to see a celebrity that uses really good affordable skincare and not this insane priced stuff that isn’t the best for skin lol
I cringed when she mixed her sunscreen with her moisturizer. I can't believe people still don't know that mixing sunscreen with moisturizer or makeup makes it drastically ineffective.
People like Ariana have the most access to good health information and yet they do such major mistakes with their routines, makes you wonder what people are advising them.
Wow, for someone who can pay a *huge* amount for a product, i wasn't expecting her to make the mistake of mixing something with her Spf. For sure she has her own Dermatologist or Esthetician? No hate though, she looks sweet and gorgeous. 💞
hyram!! please do a review on volufilline!! it’s said to plump lips, fill fine lines, AND get rid of eyebags all while providing your skin collagen. many people have posted their before and after pics WITH results but i wanted to see your opinion on it.
I don't use La Mer and never would but I know so many people (mom's friends mainly) who have used it and then got dermatitis or another reaction and of course, used more to fix it b/c they didn't know what was going on and then it got worse so they went to their derm and had to get Rx stuff to get rid of it. Cleared it up and then went back to their La Mer and it happened again so they stopped using it. I don't know of another product that has had so many people I know have a bad reaction to it. I can't imagine any product being worth that kind of money and I'll spend a bit on products but they have to work, not just cost a ton. Biologique Recherche Lotion P50 is one such product and it transformed my skin more than any single product ever has.
Love your videos!!!! I’d love to see what makeup products/techniques you recommend from a “taking care of our skin but also looking good” perspective. 😂
I love how real, honest and genuine you are about products. It’s about the ingredients, and the price of it doesn’t make a product better. Cheaper skin care products are normally more effective without spending a lot of money.
I went once to Sephora in my country (Romania) and I saw the La Mer stand...their most expensive product there was a serum? or a cream? I don't remember well... but it was close to 1000$!! Damn.

It's gotten to the point where they don't even test people for it anymore, it's just assumed everyone has it. That's how little sun we get here (and this summer has been particularly sunless). Since the sun never shines should SPF still hold such a high value in my skincare routine? and should I wear way more when I go on vacation to sunnier places?
some ppl are very religious about SPF and they wear it even on a cloudy or rainy day because of....UV, in some areas with more sunny days, some girls wear SPF inside their home also. if I were to live in Newfoundland with just a few sunny days, I wouldn't wear SPF, vitamin D from the sun is much more and efficiently absorbed than from supplements. On holidays in sunny places I would definitely wear SPF
I have a question about a hydrating oil i use, so i have sensitive, oily and dry, skin. I used ancient greek remedy oil on my face at night, but it has lavender fragrance. Will it cause long term damage if I continue use?
I stopped using most of my products. When I wash my face I use warm water. I exfoliate 1-2 times a week. I use a cucumber serum and moisturizer and that’s it. I have seen such a transformation since I stopped using face wash, toner, acne pads etc. It took about two months for my hormones to regulate, but now my skin is clearing up so much and so beautifully. My breakouts are small, minimal and not irritated. They aren’t dry or textured. I think if I give it a few more weeks I’ll finally be fully regulated and I can’t wait to see what my skin looks like. I think using face wash was my biggest downside. Because I would start using a face wash and then after about a month it would make it worse. And I also think minimalizing the number of products I use helped. I use two on a regular basis and the third only occasionally. My skin is grateful for the change. I also stopped wearing makeup as often (and trust me, it was hard going out in public with my acne on full display). Adult acne is a difficult beast
In minimalist niacinamide serum which is better niacinamide 10% + matmarine + zinc + acetyl glucosomine or niacinamide 10% with EUK 134 + zinc + hyuluronic acid ? My skin is super sensitive and I have cystic acne and i have pigmented and physical scarring and my skin barrier is the worst . Which one would you recommend
It won't necessarily clog your pores, but it will prevent the moisturizer from being able to properly penetrate your skin and be effective in moisturizing 😊 thank you so much for watching!!

Right now Im trying to understand the ingredients that are in my skincare products, so I have a little journal where I write the ingredients and their benefits so when Im looking at a new product and as I read over the ingredients list I can better understand what the product will do for me based on whats in it and not by what it claims to do.
Hii welcome to the skincare world!! Your skin is already thanking you for taking the time to care for it 😄 I have a Skincare 101 series if you're interested in checking it out! That goes over the basics of skincare, from the steps, finding your skin type, and ingredients 😊 ruclips.net/p/PL_J2v0yTbjr4TBCIvVHfeoDRWIPfSz5QP
You mentioned about sunscreen not mixing well with orher skincare products. Is it the same when I put sunscreen on a wet skin? Does it not protect me properly then? (I do it so that it doesnt look as white-casty)
Yes unfortunately that will negatively impact the effectiveness of the sunscreen if your face is wet. You'll just need to spend a bit more time rubbing it in 😊
I need some help, I have been using salicylic acid for about 3 months. First I started off with the Bubble salicylic acid serum, then I started to use the Paula's choice exfoliant toner. However, my stubborn blackheads are not moving at all. Whenever I extract using my hands, they come back in just 1-2 days. Now, i've been using benzoyl peroxide for about 1 week and im still not seeing a difference, i really don't know what to do.
Hi!! First, I would definitely stop extract using your hands because that's opening them up for bacteria to enter, which is why they're likely coming back in 1-2 days. As far as products, I would give them more time to work. Unfortunately the right skincare most often doesn't work overnight and can even take a couple weeks for your skin to "accept" and heal. Last, I would recommend going to a dermatologist because they will be able to best examine your skin and help find the products for your skin! Good luck! 🫶
how long is it recommended to keep on a moisturizer because i hear dif things like 10 min then wash off or just leave on all night so im confused pls help !
Hi, Hyram i'm folowing your account for a long time and really love it! I would like to know if you have ever tryed Màdara products? or heard about it?
Is it ok to use moisturizers that include spf 50 to them or is it better to get them separated? I was planning to buy Uriage Hyséac spf 50 but I keep doubting because I'm scared of it not lasting much because of it being in a moisturizer
What they call it is just marketing, as long as it has spf it will be tested the same way as any other sunscreen and abide by the same regulations. Most sunscreens are in a moisturising base either way and can serve as your sole morning moisturising step. This also means that you need to apply as much to get the spf on the label (people tend to use less moisturiser than they would sunscreen).
So I have oily skin and it’s fairly clear, but I do have some very stubborn pimples that won’t go away just under my cheekbones by my hairline and on my nose, as well as whiteheads just under my mouth. I use the Mario Badescu gel cleanser and oil free moisturizer as well as the ordinary chemical exfoliant. Anyways I just wanted to see if anyone had any advice for clearing my pimples and whiteheads they’re super annoying and VERY tempting to pick at lol
try double-cleansing with an oil based face wash (washing your face twice with that) at night, also incorporate a bha/aha/pha toner morning and night, and if you wanna try a different exfoliant i’ve been loving the good molecules overnight exfoliating treatment 3x a week!
There is no right or wrong way to apply eye masks. You basically just put the big end we’re you want to target. If it’s bags big side inside if it’s crows feet then the outside.
I started following you when you had just a few 100 thousand followers and now you're on over 4mil and you're still as down to earth and truthful as you were from the beginning ❤ happy for you and your success Hyram!

I’m glad you mention the order I was just about to come to the comments and rave
I use the Natio mosturiser SPF in one but just make sure to use a lot. Is that ok?
What are "Human conditioned Media" and "Human Adipose Stromal Cell Conditioned Media" in the Sarah Ford serum? 🤔
Can I mix my sunscreen with bronzing drops?
There is no right or wrong way to apply eye masks. You basically just put the big end we’re you want to target. If it’s bags big side inside if it’s crows feet then the outside.
That's a very good point! It's all about perspective 👌🏼

Sunscreen is not FDA-regulated, so it doesn’t need to be “approved”, at least in the USA.
