Do you think that there are other things people do voluntarily that piggy back off involuntary brain parts? Like maybe people who hold good rhythm have more brain plasticity with their heartbeat or some other constant involuntary pulse to measure time.
I think a lot of systems interplay like that. RE rhythm: Parkinson patients sometimes can still dance (semi-automatic) while they have difficulties with (more voluntary) walking.
Could you explain Decompression sickness in freediving and why some are more prone than others, and some diving regimes more risky than others. And why does it take so long to recover from a session of deep dives. Is it neurological damage ? because the physical exertion seems minimal to me compared to other sports like cycling where I recover much faster and the sport feels much, much, more physically demanding. Lastly is it fact or fiction that isometric exercises ( since you are lifter as well :) are a lot of stress on the Central Nervous System and shouldn't be done more than once/week. Thanks for the insights
I've been thinking about dcs in freediving which must have a different basis, at least partially, than scuba dcs. I'll make the next freediving video about this topic, thank you for the suggestion!
So you originally from Austria. There are Austrian vloggers who moved to BGC Metro Manila Philippines. The name of the vloggers are Mike and Nelly (Making it Happen vlogs)
