Thank you for these videos, please don't stop making them, I'm sure a lot of people are very thankful. The tips and techniques you share are extremely useful, you may be the best freediving channel on RUclips (especially when it comes to the mental attitude).
Best of luck on getting to 100m, don't forget any of your rules while trying to get there :)

You do such a great job! Any reason for choosing your dynamic depth? It looks to be 4-5 meters? I have usually seen 2 meters for open water set up? Thank you from here in Cebu. Keep diving deep! Also, what type of tables do you do? You mentioned focused practice is better than killer co2 tables?

I did it at that depth so I didn't need as much weight. For the table, I just breathe long enough to have a neutral level of CO2 again (slow breathing)

    Your videos are very helpful
By the way I have two questions
1/what is the brand of your goggles, is it Hektometer ones??
2/How do you know that you reached your limits for example depth or dive time, when you decide to not continue and when sometimes when you decide to say i can do little more???

Hey, the goggles are made by my friend Dave, I dont think sells them any more.
I know I have reached a limit by the sensation of being overwhelmed by the task I am asking myself to perform, or in this case, the feeling of hypoxia (it's like the dizzy feeling when you stand up too quickly)
