Still one of the best shows I've ever seen in my life. I was probably about 17 (now I'm 59) and saw Whitesnake open, Iron Maiden in the middle and Judas Priest as the headliner. Something that I will never forget.
fuckin right. the priest was my first show ever in 2011 at 14 years old, they're still my favorite band. Big thanks to my dad for getting me into the greatest heavy metal band of all time!

As much as I love Richie and am thankful for the fact that Priest is still touring and active, I miss seeing Glenn and KK together. Such a dynamic duo.
That is awesome. Since 1997 every time I got a brand new car I had to have anything that has Ronnie James Dio singing. My first car back in 1997 I had Live Evil cassette as my first listen, my second car back in 2003 I had Dio's live album Finding The Sacred Heart Live In Philly 1986 as my first listen, and my third car back in 2009 I had Rainbow's live album On Stage as my first listen. I am getting my fourth brand new car in 2020 and I will definitely be listening to something that involves Ronnie James Dio as my first listen in that one also. The first two times it just happened that way, but the third time and coming fourth were planned.

Just turned 50 myself. You've Got Another Thing Comin' was the 1st Priest song I ever heard on Q107 back when it first came out. Was absolutely stoked about it and became a Priest fan for life! That, and Iron Maiden's Number Of The Beast had also just come out which was the first Maiden song I heard. Man, am I glad I was around to hear these two classic metal albums right out of the gates!

Rob Halford is and will always be the best greatest metal rock singer ever and forever. Judas Priest have been kicking ass in metal back in the day and still powerful today. 👍
The greatest twin guitar attack in metal....PERIOD. Tipton/Downing set the standard to which ANY 2 guitar metal band is judged. So many classic tracks and riffs from these 2 legends, then you add Halfords unmatched vocals and you have the ultimate combination that metal has ever seen. We stayed for about 4 more songs and we gave up. I still love them, but that 1 concert kept me away since then. They are great musicians, why didn't you let me hear them? I am still a fan and listen to them all the time, rock on!
The negative comments that I see here, make me cringe. People, Judas has been doing this longer than most of us have been alive. To all of you 20, 30 and 40 year olds out there. Just wait, until you are 60, and you will realize what a difference age makes. Judas Priest are godlike...still doing their thing.
People often compare bands like Judas with bands like Saxon, or Metallica with Megadeth. There is a huge difference between hard work and magic. Judas Priest is magic.

Something I always loved with Rob Halford (well...among many other things) is how into it he is. Even when he's not singing, he's either jamming with his bandmates or simply mimicking them (just as he does the air guitar at 3:55).
