Michael, I am so glad to see a video of yours come up this morning. I couldnt help but smile as you painted your abstract painting with a brush in both hands and used them simultaneously throughout. Just one obvious difference in the calibre of Painter that you are. I have always admired your work since first discovering it about five years ago. I do not recall seeing a freestyle abstract painting, such as this, that you had created. I enjoyed watching you make your colour choices, then their placement on the canvas and the brush strokes used to apply them. Since the video advanced quickly, some colours appeared from your brush.as if by magic and not from a palette. I found myself intrigued with your use of white and its seeming purpose. Interestingly, my heart skipped a beat when you applied lime green followed by yellow. I felt relieved.when you added what appeared to be a navy overtop of some of the black that had proceeded it. I wished to add more navy but it was not to be.I liked how your foundation was muted from a dark orangey brown to a much more pleasing, lighter sort of caramel colour. I will have to look again to see if there was any of this caramel in sight at the end. The peachy color intensified with the end product, much to my delight: that and the fact that you turned the painting, which was for the best, dismissing the image I was seeing in the black. From that final angle, the entire finished painting beautifully and surprisingly appeared. Thank you for sharing the creation of this piece.
