HMTQ and Prince Phillip had a wonderful tour of Brazil in 1968. I saw great coverage of it in a documentary I viewed recently. They were warmly welcomed everywhere in your beautiful country. From NZ.

@@MoonstoneGames - Actually - I am pretty sure it was in the documentary called 'The Royal Family'. It is the documentary that the Queen and Prince Phillip allowed to be filmed in 1968-69. It is now on RUclips. It should come up when you do a search. I watched it a couple of weeks ago.
I queued for over 9 hours to pay my respects,and I was truly touched by the number of folk from all over the world who trudged along with me

I'm glad I have discovered this video of such great and beautiful tributes from those who recognize the beautiful Humanity that the queen personified, not just as a monarch, but as a person. I will never ever forget the day her majesty passed away we woke up that day and somehow knew this was the day her majesty left us even now I cry I am from Canada and every single day we spoke of her when I was young I thought I was related to her majesty but then the moment came and we were told her majesty was not here on earth anymore my heart broke I looked out the window in st catharines ontario and there was the rainbow I was so sad and looked up and there was two rainbows Phillip and her were together we still mourn but I know the lord so we will meet again soon

She may have been a wonderful lady and a great Monarch for her BRITISH people. But as Australians, she was not and never will be OUR Queen and King Charles of the United Kingdom will NEVER be OUR king especially once we dispense with the British Monarch as Head of State for an Australian Head of State and become a fully sovereign nation in our own right .

I realized recently, that none of us are likely to ever have a longer reigning monarch then Queen Elizabeth ii. King Charles will never live long enough to even reach half as long as her. Prince William possibly could, but extremely unlikely unless King Charles would have to doe very soon. Prince George could, but his father would have to die relatively young, and the royal family members live pretty long lives.
