- This is a video showing you how to make a hot pepper sauce which is known in Barbados for their thick consistency hot sauce. This is a really quick and easy video.
Ingredients:
Scotch bonnet peppers
Fresh turmeric
Garlic cloves
Mustard
White vinegar
Olive oil
I've made essentially the identical sauce...but instead of topping up the bottle with olive oil, I used dark Caribbean rum. Tasted pretty good to me.
Love the peppers colour..sweet and short recipe ..thank you for sharing

For how long van I use it,
And can it stay out of the fridge for 4 months
No keep it in fridge up to 6 months because of fresh ingredients I wouldn’t leave out and is may go off quicker. I always store in fridge I’ve never left out
@@desiredfoods4710 thanks
You can cook it to 185F which will help preserve. Or ferment the peppers first.
Thank you I may try that ❤️
the way you cut the tops off is just a waste of peppers
You are better using mustard powder babe
