Santa Fe 3751 Original Restoration, Test Runs, & 1991 Excursion (HQ Re-upload)

This was a tape that was made by D.W. Vanhook Productions in 1992. From what I was able to find, it unfortunately appears that Mr. Vanhook has passed away. Since this seems to be a very low print run, homemade tape, I thought it was worthy of preserving, especially given the historical significance of the 3751, it's original restoration and first excursion trip in 1991.
UPDATE:
I have now gotten a better setup for capturing VHS tapes. I have decided to re-upload this video now with a better rip. The old setup had several sections cut out for several seconds and was only able to be recorded at 30 FPS. This new rip is now uncut and presented in 60i.
