- Hell Let Loose New Map Mortain is here as part of their update 15 release. Mortain takes place in Normandy France, while it feels similar to other Hell let loose maps, this map has a few tricks up its sleeve that makes it play better than its predecessors.

But there's getting stuck, the worst parkour in any video game ever made, getting stuck, not being able to crawl through a fence that TOTALLY looks like you can, getting stuck on a twig, not being able to climb over a wall that's only 6 inches above your head, getting stuck on a log on the ground and not being able to jump.😢
honestly please dont, or do but realize if you try playing like COD you just rage and hate the game, which is why we dont want you. ive had so many games where these cod players come in thinking they can just run and gun and kill everyone and everything they see. and when they cant they go to team chat and shit on the game. skill issue, actually, adapting issue.
This is a game of patience moving slowly forward having you and your team covering every spot where the enemy could hide. When I played HLL for the first time it made me wonder why I even enjoyed any other shooter like BF or even COD back in the days. They are just like any other Arena shooter but with military theme with fucking pop ups and huds cluttering everything you do.
Damnn that's unfortunate i just started playing and was trying to slide cancel and quickscope, what a shame, they change the mechanics, also im gonna continue to play weather you like it or not, don't be telling people what to do, I'll play whatever i damn please lol

Just learn how to play squad leader. You can still make a massive difference to your team by pinging enemies, using binoculars to give good map vision and building garrisons to keep the pressure on points. Sometimes i play using 4G and xbox cloud knowing im not playing to get kills, rather win the game

If in question about enemies , always throw a couple grenades! Hear some coconuts for your party
I love this map. It's just for some reason this map feels laggier than the other maps and usually I can run max settings with +120 fps on all maps, but not this one.
Gotta love those guys with zero situational awareness and jump right into your firing line......then punish you for team killing.
It would be awesome if people would actually let me join their units so I can experience. This game is proving physically hard to get into.

Everyone just hiding in bushes
its kind of the map design on mortain but there is urban areas as well, hiding in bushes doesn't really help you too much with the objectives, if you stop and scan and move then its fine... dying is temporary... we can just come back and av Anuva Go!

Catching fire is not new. There is just larger fires which makes it easier.
The map is gorgeous but the bush camping is ridiculous. Just find a bush and stay there. It's annoying
I find this map is much more immobile than others. People just stay in bushes forever. In other maps you had to occasionally show yourself by crossing an open field or find a safer way around it.
Because its a shit map, tailored towards CoD and Battlefield fans instead of the original fanbase. The author of this video is either being paid for advertising or is an idiot

I don't think your historical knowledge is correct about this. The Brits never ran from a fight. They where overpowered at the start of the war (Dunkirk). But in most fights they had an amazing fighting spirit and they won many battles. For example in North-Africa, over the skies of Britain in the Battle of Britain. And at Market Garden, where capt. John Frost held the bridge over Arnhem for a long time, despite being cut off. Although they lost the battle, they gained much respect from the SS-troops that battle for their persistance.
Tldr: get your facts straight.

man, i bought the game 3 days ago, having a hard time with it. it looks more fun than it really is for now. and this map is a fps constant battle.
I recommend that you watch tutorials on RUclips! Also learn the chat and how to spawn in proper close areas!

Those videos you saw of HLL aren't recent, as I'm sure you can tell. The game died and is just another arcade-shoot that is trying to compete with Battlefield/CoD.

When you said "those big push moments stall when they probably shouldn't", you were wrong. They are historically accurate and act as such, if you feel its diffficult - then maybe it should be difficult? If you want more fluid and easy "attack" moments, go play Battlefield. This game was originally designed around historical accuracy, and its becoming a shitter (worse) of a game because of people who want to buy into the arcadey-CoD type of gameplay.
If you don't like it, play something else. This isn't for you. The new developers arent appealing to the original game's audience, instead they're trying to draw new players from the Call of Duty/Battlefield playerbase and you're illicit in that.
The game should be difficult, it should be unforgiving. If you feel like maps have a lot of "open space", then you need to learn to workaround that, not advertise maps that are "easy-to-play"
First the map runs like shet on most avrage-low end pc's, you sometimes clip trough objects(birch trees, rubble, etc.). And for some time for every pach i have to reinstall the game to play. I don't know if the devs are dumb, they are beginners or they don't know how to code. Yes i know coding is hard but as a company of hundreds of people there shouldn't be so many bugs. Also there is a wierd problem of 1 way bushes and folliage. I don't want to hate the game, but im sadly starting to.
I think the devs till are able to fix their mistakes but if they continue like this the game will be like PS(SQD 44)
