I wish it was possible to travel to Iran to visit this site and many of the other amazing places in that beautiful country. One day! 🤞🏼

Hey Raven, never seen your channel but you should talk about Alexander's gates, Caspian gates, the red dragon, the red snake, aka Alexander's wall... It's mostly on the east side of the Caspian but also the west. It's for molten metal poured into the ground for hundreds of miles. To what end? I think they assumed some magical power was at play, or something we just don't understand. It also had forts and garrisons. Wall of Gorgan, that's another name for it.

It's Monday...uh...early evening...for you! (Monday all the same;) So I WON'T ask you about the airspeed velocity of an unladen swallow. BUT THAT IS SUCH AN INSPIRED COMPARISON! Look at you, Raven! Working hard and weary and STILL all about the creative funny! Much applause! (Puts on hat...tips it toward you)

What's the point of living if you can't fit Monty Python into everyday conversation!?

    Great video!
Some places are just more "interesting" to live in.
    Flanders, Novara, Gaza, etc...

I've always wondered how female Western archaeologists are treated in the Middle East?
