Consumers want more milage, lower charge times and easier to access charging stations. The manufacturers know this and so does the government which is why everyone is pouring money into making it happen. If Rivian's R2 in March is everything they say it is for a price point and versatility they'll bounce back huge. Rivian is all over Silicon Valley now almost as much as Tesla, and Tesla employees even acknowledge Rivian as being where Tesla was not so long ago.
Everyone acting as if EV industry is dead. All disruptive evolving technologies take a breather. Too many legacy flooded the market with anything they could call EV. I have no interest in Rivian but this sell off and turn in sentiment is crazy. I am considering going long. Good luck all, this will all blow over like every drama laden event.
The elites and the climate change alarmists see EV as an ideological war. Ejecting EV hurts their ego. They will pump hundreds of billions of personal and tax dollars to prop it up if need be. They will force it to be the future. It’s well past anything to do with carbon neutral or climate change at this point.
Here's the problem with rivian.. They designed a super nice car with no control over production costs.. Looks like the ceo said.. Make the best you can. They're selling the car for $20k less than cost. The Gordian knot is that as they ramp up production.. They lose more money. The irony is the best fiscal decision would be to close the factory. That's what they're doing in Q2 to retool.. But it might be too late. Designing a good car and producing at scale are quite different. The quarterly report in feb 2026 will be very very depressing.
I’m seeing more Rivians in the Atlanta area.
Battery swapping would solve the problems...seems like this is the next Nvidia...NIO

It’s diversion people - the ev stocks will have their day so now is (IMO) a great time to accumulate on the ev stocks this year.
As I understand from this guy, all relatively small EV manufacturers should just quit immediately because they can’t be successful and EV is worthless
Joke isn't it. Can't stop the future. They can only delay it with their FUD
@@Martytradesstocks 2 years later he will appear on the same channel and say that he is very bullish on EV when the PE ratios are at 35

Tesla was at less than $20 a share a few years ago just like Rivian. I buy on red 🔥🔥
$15 fill the gap. Short squeeze?
